We use this service because we are handicapped and it makes things easier, but lately, you will substitute items without any notice or not give items at all, and it will show as received. Our last five orders were affected, so I decided to call and let them know what's been going on. We were basically brushed off, with complete unprofessional service, and hung up on. Some retraining of your employees seems very necessary.
