At 9:09pm, I used the app while I was inside McDonalds & placed a pick up order of a tote of cookies, 20 min passed and I went to the counter to check on my order and when finally someone acknowledged me, I asked about my order. The gal informed me that they were still working on it. Another 20 min passed @ this point I was falling asleep and I went back to the counter to check on my order. Again the girls there were just staring at me and finally acknowledge me. I asked again about my order. Same girl that I spoke to before asked to view my receipt. I showed her my order on the phone and they had no clue what was going on. Finally she takes off and throws the cookies in the microwave and hands me a tray and says “here you go” no sorry about the wait. Never again will I go to the McDonald’s in Sunnyside.
