**Added after making post** **What is the point of the Owner putting the link to share more information on everyone's post? The complaints are extremely consistent over the course of literal years and nothing has changed.** I don't know what it is about fast food, but it isn't hard to make sure all the food is in the bag. Mcdonald's is inherently a family fast food chain. This means certain customers order many different things and could have a relatively large order. More times than not, when ordering food to go, my wife or I get home and food is missing. With kids, it is largely unreasonable to go back to the restaurant after you get home and notice food is missing. This seems to be a bigger deal with breakfast, but happens any time of day. Ordering hotcakes WITH hashbrown ($8.29 meal) and not getting a hashbrown is frustrating when you get home. It is insane that this happens literally more than it doesn't. Fast food places in Washington make a pretty decent wage. Not caring enough to make sure the customer (who pays a premium lately) has everything they ordered, is unacceptable. This is why more people are eating at home. Paying a high price for fast food, which is largely less for more, and then not getting your entire order is absolutely insane. Again, this post is due to continued issues and comes as a 3 year old is crying because the food we ordered and paid for is not included in the bag. The prices and service are worse than the sit down "premium" restaurants in the area. Over the last year: -Not a single time have fries filled the corresponding size container -Nuggets are never cooked properly (either completely dried out or soggy. No in between) -Burger buns burnt (or sat under the heater for way too long) -When a child orders a custom burger, the employees scrape the onions or toppings off and wrap it up. You can tell because there are still onions in the crevices of the burger -100+ dollars in missing food I am not saying anyone is being malicious, there just needs to be a quality check. Quality checks take such a small amount of time. Not doing a quality check passes the responsibility onto the paying customer. Sales might be keeping up from an economic standpoint (growth of less than 1%) but that is due to rising prices. Customer traffic is dropping significantly and that's because no one is getting a "deal" anymore. Not only is it not a deal, you also don't get what you pay for.

We used the drive thru and stopped to grab a bite, before heading over the Cascades. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food hot and delicious!

Late night craving, I showed up right at the start of a long line on a Monday night. Longer waits then before. Once at the 2nd window so a lot of activity but no meal or prep. Waited a few minutes more. Watched them check my bag, hand to me, then send me on my way. Still hadn’t received my drink and they had to ask what I ordered (a meal that includes my drink). I should have checked the bag, but didn’t, and took off after I got my drink. In the bag, no fries, the main meal, and a random McChicken not in the wrapper and another doubled cheeseburger without pickles and ketchup, guessing I got half of someone else’s order. Not sure what’s going on, I have had a better experience, but there wasn’t even an acknowledgement about the longer-than-normal delay for forgetting the drink. I’ll abstain for a while.

Long to get good, the kiosk forced ordering reduces staff interactions
