They need a bigger focus on customer service for the behind the counter food items.

Called again. And asked for a manager. Nice lady took down my info. Said I would get a call back in a day or two. To no surprise no call back. I just want my receipt looked up to see if I did indeed pay for the missing item. The guy with the nice curly hair rang in my order. I guess you have to check your bags before walking away... I'm down $12.99 and very little customer service. Getting laughed at on the phone while frustrated is not okay. Being told you will be getting a call back and not, is not okay. I thought I was over it. Here's to a one star review for closure I guess? No thanks to you Stanwood Haggen.
