  Maddie, Jax, Maque aka burn man gave the best customer service and food came out at a great price and in a timely manner. Wings were hot and ready and absolutely delicious. The one start reviewers are just haters and don’t understand the circumstances. I’m a Wingstop lover and wing lover at heart so my review is coming from a place of experience lol. Yeah come get your wings here and you’ll get hot and ready delicious food with great customer service. 🔥🔥🔥

  I went to this location about four times but suddenly the boneless Parmesan and hot wings have less sauce, The Parmesan has less butter and garlic, making them dry. Without Sauce it’s just a overpriced-dried chicken nugget I’m assuming this was a corporate thing to cut back cost but that’s OK cause it’s saving me money I won’t be back.

  Just went there tonight. Figured I'd give them a shot. Haven't eaten at Wingstop for like 15 years since when I was in the Army. Ordered 12 wings, two different kinds, and 2 sandwiches. Got home and there were only 6 wings. Missing half my wings. But there were two different flavors, 3 each, shoved in the same box. How mistake 6 for 3? And it wasn't even busy there, there were only 3 orders on their big screen. Pretty pissed. Didn't think I'd need to check such a simple order. And I tried to call and no one answered. Great service. Also their in store menu sucks. I don't know if AI designed it, but it feels like it. Almost every item is listed as a combo, the only thing that's not are the sandwiches. Not even wing prices, only combo wing prices. It's dumb. This place is dumb.

  Wings were fine. Fries are better than 80% of fast food joints out there. But, The staffing/employees are... not present? Showed up to order and get a "wings for two" order (15 wings, fries, drink). Hardly a huge order. Was there for over half an hour. Because..... nobody was there to take my order for over 15 minutes. It was absurd. When I walked in, there was a guy behind the counter. And right as I walked up to the counter, he said "BRB" and left the store. But he did NOT brb. He was just gone. Props to the gal actually making the food. I could see the call in and online orders popping on her screen... and she was the only employee in the store for most of the time I was there. She kept calling up from the back, "I'll see if I can find somebody. I don't know where they all went..." etc... every few minutes while shes handling making ALL the orders coming in over the phone/internet. And I could see the order screen.. they kept popping in steadily. I couldve seorn one of the guys walked in to use the nathroom then leave again. 15+ minutes later, She finally got caught up enough to come handle the register herself to take my order. After which, two other employees magically showed up again within minutes. She promptly went back to making all the food while they handled the register for the total of ZERO customers behind me (and filled sodas for the to-go orders). Fat lot of help they were. Dunno who manages this store (or staffing/scheduling... or if anyone does at all!) But... They need to hire one more of her. And move on from the other two. If it werent for the 30+ minutes I spent there to get 15 wings and use the bathroom... Id easily give it 4 stars. Wings are solid. Fries are tasty. And she's a helluva worker.
