  Spent $50 for 30 wings and fries, considering such a large amount of wings I was expecting enough fries for 3 people, there was barely enough fries for my kid. There was dry rub on maybe 3 of my wings the rest were just plain and dry

  drink bar had black, dirt like specs in the sprite. (still served a carry out order after being notified) Didn’t have buns for my order 10 mins after we ordered. Can’t refund because “no manager in” worst experience i’ve EVER had at any food place. horrible staff. ALL TABLES WERE DIRTY. i could go on. pick a different wingstop.

  My husband and I stopped here for a late dinner and we're only in Spokane for the weekend. We decided to grab dinner here and we were greeted when we walked in and the employee was nice. There were only two employees there and they were both eating when we walked in. The cleanliness of the place needs help. When we walked in, there was a bag of trash from the previous customers and behind where we sat also had trash from a previous customer. From the time we walked in, ordered and ate, that table still had the trash on it. They never picked it up. The tables were gross. There was trash under the drink fountain and the area where they cook did not look clean at all. One of the employees walked up to us and asked my husband if celery was okay because they ran out of carrots and so my husband says thats fine. The employee then starts to scratch his neck as he was walking away. My husband was able to watch him from the window and he proceeds to grab the celery with his bare hands and not even wash his hands or wear gloves. That's crazy. My husband also wiped down our table because it was gross and sticky. Again, the employees were nice but that place needs help and the employees appearance needs to be better. I get it, you work in the food industry but still. Management needs to step up.
