  We ordered take out. They forgot the fries, sprite was out of flavoring, and the blue cheese opened and coated everything in our bag including our brownie. On top of that the wings were super greasy and we ordered dry rub. Worse Wingstop experience ever

  Poor service and food quality at this specific location! While I usually enjoy Wingstop, the service at this location was terrible. I waited nearly 10 minutes at the counter to be greeted, despite being the only person in line (two customers behind me actually walked out in frustration due to this wait). While the cashier was polite and quick once they finally assisted me, the long wait was never acknowledged. To make things worse, the quality of the food/wings I received was terrible. The wings were slightly overcooked, but more importantly - they completely lacked any seasoning or sauce! They literally did not add any dry-rub or sauce to my order of wings - the one thing this establishment is known for. I hope this place gets its act together, because in its current state, this is terrible service and quality control.

  The Staff isn’t supported. I ordered in store and then sat for 25 mins while every to-go and online order was made before my order. While waiting An off duty-manager entered the store in street clothes and was in the kitchen wearing flip flops and shorts. When I took the “food” home to my family. The wings were stuck together, over cooked and the preparation is sloppy. Upper Management should make serious changes to the individual currently running this location. I won’t be back because of my negative experience. The employees hygiene is also a concern. It felt very dirty inside. I threw my order away in fear of getting sick.

  Maddy was my order taker today, not only did she take my order but she helped make my food. She is a great employee and i enjoy talking to her every time i come in. She is the reason i always come back, she is amazing at cooking my food as it always comes out fast, fresh, and crispy when she’s working. Thank you maddy for always making my experience A+ 😊

  So hit or miss when it’s comes to the quality of the wings and sauce. Half the time they are perfect, other half they are extra crunchy and no sauce to go with them either. Staff are nice overall though, which is good
