  Every time I go here I’m always given a very warm welcome, the people working here are awesome, especially the Manager Kristi! They always treat me with the utmost respect and make sure I leave happy. Would highly recommend this location for the best Subway experience!

  The manager here is extremely aggressive towards customers. I sat down to fill out an online order & was harassed to answer "what're you doing? Maam can we help you" even tho I said I was doing an online order. It didn't work so I ordered through the line. The manager was weird about the order of what my toppings were & kept yelling at me about how rude I was being when I literally was jusy ordering a normal sandwich? She was yelling at me about her card reader not working too. I lm visibly shaking & she's got red eyes from anger. Your crew needs serious retraining & need to be kinder to people. She keeps telling me "if you can't pay leave" and she's harassing me about my card & yelling at me a lot. Please better retrain your people. Seriously. I had to tell transit security because of how crazy she was being

  AWFUL. Jen coughing and for some reason groaning I guess would be the best word describe. And while she handling my food telling me how much she hates allergy season. That part is gross enough. "Our prices went up" but there not properly listed. So I ordered the Wednesday special expecting to pay a certain price. But that's not correct we'll just pay whatever we decided it will be at the register. Couldn't even put lettuce on my sandwich because it was poop brown wilted and disgusting looking. Did Jen think to go get a bin of fresh lettuce. Of course not! What a terrible waste of money. I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

  The workers take their job personally instead of professionally, which is really immature. I stood in line with my son, then the worker had the nerve to ask if we are getting food. After she clearly seen us in line waiting. Yet she couldn't tell the man in front of us to pay for his food after he prepared a sandwich. So it was really obvious we had to wait for an untrained worker to attempt to do their job! Train your workers how to not lose out on 40$ worth of customer money please!

  Truly disappointed today reminded me why I like Jersey Mike's better for one the food case at this location is freezing the produce FYI when your sandwich thaws out the produce is soggy gross - then in addition to soggy produce the bread was something like a week old rock type bread with soggy produce - staff was friendly food quality was disturbing how do you pass health codes when your produce is being frozen like that
