  Colton off sharp and division is a gem they don’t care about uber drivers but he does he got my order right out after the woman had me waiting nearly 15 minutes he needs a raise

  I waited 15 minutes for a cherry limeade that I paid $5 for and didn't even get a cherry or lime in it and it wasn't the size I paid for I don't understand the attitude of it like I've never caused any problems here go out of my way to get a cherry lime made. And I don't blame the company the staff that were responsible

  I have had 2 back to back terrible experiences here. One night I pulled in to the drive thru to make an order. The lady couldnt get my order right, I tried to tell her what I want 4 or 5 timer, she got it wrong and after telling me the total, I realized it is wrong. Tried to tell her and was ignored. Ended up leaving that night without any food. The next night I pull in, and I am simply trying to pick up a doordash order. At the ordering station the employeee tells to proceed to the pick up window. The line of cars is long, I wait for about 15 minutes... When I get to the window, the lady there tells me I need to pull into one of the booths and order my doordash from there. After I just spent 15 minutes sitting in line!!! These people must be trolls, which is fine, if it wasn't trying to be a business. I will not do business with trolls.

  Came to this location to get dinner with the grandkids food was cold and didn't get my sauces for my chicken this is the second time this has happened. I even asked the person who brought my food out if the sauces were in there he told me they were. When I called the manager to let her know about it she didn't seem to care. I spent 60 dollars there just tonight I WAS a regular but looks like I will be finding somewhere else to go

  I always get the cherry limeade slushie, usually several times a week in the summer. Today I got told they "don't do those" anymore. I wanted to ask at the window about it but they clearly seemed very flustered and out of it as they tried to hand me some burgers when I only ordered a drink. Really hoping this was only a temporary outage and not something all Sonics are doing now. Edit as of 6/26/2026: after doing research it appears the company has done a major overhaul of their limeade recipe and it can no longer be made into the slushies. RIP the best summer drink.
