  if you like a terrible experience, this place is perfect for you. food here is always a hit or miss. if you really want it, don’t bother ordering online. i’ve had my food stolen about 4 times now by their drivers. order is usually wrong too, or whole items just unaccounted for. they rarely answer the phone if you want to report this either. besides the blatant health code issues i’ve heard and seen, some of their employees are creepy as well. overall i’d say just avoid this trash heap. you’d get better service at any other fast food place.

  After coming out of my way in the valley This is the ice cream I was handed after having to wait a solid 5 minutes with no line to not get a full ice cream and watching them only put one pump of syrup in my girlfriends extra syrup drink. the ten pm night crew on a Sunday has been abysmal with the rising cost of things customer service is everything 5 thumbs down

  Okay I love Sonic’s and I hate that I still go but every time I come to this location I have to double check my order because the employees don’t. I never get the correct sauces or even food sometimes and then have to go back in the drive through or to a stall. Without fail every time something is messed up. Maybe a new system needs to be set up to correct this problem.

  Ordered 2 jr bacons, a spicy burger, cheese fries, tots, and a crispy chicken sandwhich. Only got 1 jr bacon, no tots, and everything was cold and everything had EXTRA sauce, couldn't even pick up the burgers without making a huge mess. I've worked in the food industry, this is absolutely disgusting. I threw my food away as im not a messy person and just genuinely can't eat something that looks like something I crapped out.

  I ordered the $7 meal deal with tots and then some mozzarella sticks out of that order the only things right were the chicken and drink from the meal deal, i didnt get the burger, tots, or mozzarella sticks and what I did receive was a breakfast burrito and a breakfast sandwich that are loaded with onions which I am allergic too. I tried to call the store to see if I could get my correct order but all I got was voicemail so as of now i refuse to order from them again this has truly been the worst experience I have had with a restaurant.
