  Highly recommend this location in particular! I go out of my way to go to this particular location because the downtown location has so many problems with inconsistency and not including stuff, it is definitely worth the drive! The staff is always nice and friendly and the food is always fresh. I really appreciate the consistency because that's what keeps me coming back. With food prices going up, it's even more important to me that when I go out to eat, that I get what I ordered and it's fresh and everything is in the bag without me having to remind them. I definitely recommend using the Sonic app because there's always deals on there that'll save you at least a couple of bucks which definitely helps a lot these days. Fantastic customer service, even better food 🤤 5*!

  The food wasn't as good as I remember it being, but it could just been an off night. It also seemed to take longer than usual to get our food even though they weren't really very busy.

  I showed up first thing in the morning (maybe that was my first mistake). I went through the drive thru and all I wanted was a bunch of slushies for my sick kids and myself. No one responded at the drive thru so I called the store. The lady said she was busy with dishes and didnt have the machine up and working yet. So I came back around 9:30am only to discover she wasnt going to have the slushie machine up and working until much later in the day because she was to busy training today. Sonic is known for their slushies... how can they stay in business if they dont sell any slushies because they're to busy with everything else but the slushies? Or here's an idea... on training days make sure this is done before hand or have extra people come in! Dear sonic responder, I have since attempted to get drinks once again (twice I've attempted since this first review) in the morning and continue to get told they cant make the drinks until later. I would like you to know the amount of money now you have lost out as I have 4 kids plus myself.... $60+ because we probably would've gotten some food as well. But obviously policies havent changed and no one cares to serve drinks at this location.... its unbelievable you dont care about my money clearly or drinks would be available anytime (as I would think they should be)
