  The female employee in the drive thru was incredibly rude. There was no attempt to be even be slightly courteous. It was like we were bothering her. Won't be back.

  Service left a lot to be desired. No greeting, just “what would you like” in a tone of being bothered. Forgot to ask for fry sauce with my meal. Asked for some from the server and was told I’d have to pay for it. What?!?!?! She explained that had I ordered it with my meal, I wouldn’t have to pay. Again, what?!?!?! Mind you, I was not asking for extra sauce, I hadn’t gotten ANY sauce. After a little back and forth, she went inside and brought out exactly one fry sauce for me. Service here leaves a lot to be desired which is sad because the food was absolutely delicious! Smash burger hit the spot and fries were perfectly cooked and salted. But I will definitely not be back!

  Sonic at Newport Highway. Just purchased 3 foot long Chili Hotdogs with fries. They came out cold, hotdogs, buns and chili cold. Told one of the employees, she said they would re-make the order. Another employee came out and took the food back. When the food was returned the Hotdogs were now dark brown like they had been fried no longer pink, the French fries were the original but had been refried until they were hard. No apologies. First time and the last time visiting Sonic. Have pictures but did not attach.

  Fun atmosphere!!! Reminds me of when I was younger with the car hops! Service is always great! I'm not so much of a fan of the food, it tastes great, but they serve all of their sandwiches on cold buns, kinda takes the thrill away, when you have hot food on a cold bun.
