- MSMatthew SmithMay 8, 20261.0The people at the Safeway were so rude. My wife is getting older and in her absent-mindedness she lost the car keys (she does this often, keys, debit cards etc ) we normally find them eventually. When we have four staff members come aggressively out of the store introduction she needs to get out the property there is no loitering. With tear standing cheeks she calmly explained to them that she had misplaced your car keys and could not find them and they said and I quote "wheelchair be off the property in an hour or we're going to have you towed. That's about the time that I showed up and they just left in 10 minutes later I found the keys. There was no need to treat an elderly woman like that who was obviously in emotional stress. Shame on you Safeway I will never shop in yout store again. Not any Safeway. If you guys would bother looking at a receipt you would have seen that she spent over $130 in your store 5 minutes before. Cuz she gets treated like she did something wrong because she lost her keys and she was upset about it. I really hope nobody in need ever does come to you because they will be left in worst shape. I am disgusted at this behavior. She did nothing wrong. And you have not heard the last of me. I wish I could give you no stars 😠😣😖🤯

General Manger said she doesn’t know the meat department scales & such. The ice cream is now locked up & you’ll wait about 10 minutes for staff to assist. Self check out keeps malfunctioning & wouldn’t process payment but no help was in site. Everytime I come to this store (about every two weeks) there are more and more problems. Absolutely no customer service skills. Do better Safeway & start by training you staff!
