I didn't catch all their names, but several employees including Jeanette the front end manager, the store manager, a courtesy clerk, a cashier who had just clocked out, and the employee running the self-checkout were all so quick to jump in and problem solve how to get it out. I was willing to accept the loss but they weren't without trying first. While unsuccessful at retrieving it the same day, less than a week later I got a call from Jeanette saying they got it out. Even though I'd already ordered a replacement, her following up meant so much to me! It absolutely made my day. I feel very well cared for by the staff at this location, and will continue to do all my shopping here!
- AAAshley AbuhlApr 2, 20261.0I was lied to by the staff here, I called in twice to their bakery and put in an order for a specific cake (la rocca-Tiramusu ) the baker took my order and went and checked if the cake was available..she said yes, we have 2 of them available. We showed up to pick up the cake and it were told that they needed to grab their manager and it was a big hassle and ordeal and they looked and looked but told us they could not find the cake anywhere.. it was for a birthday party.. we left very disappointed with this Safeway.. I don't appreciate being lied to, and drove from quite a long way.
