I sat for 20 mins realizing nobody in the store was cooking any food. I asked AGAIN if my food was almost done cause nobody was cooking and they said “oh we forgot” and started cooking my order that took another 20 mins. Incompetence at its best manager was looking at TikTok’s on her phone avoid this place it’s no good

I scheduled my food to be picked up between 6:30 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. I showed up at 6:30 p.m. and asked about my food. They said it would be a few minutes so I waited. At 6:40 I had to leave for work so I asked about my food again and they said again that would be a few more minutes I asked to refund my food. They said I'd have to do it on the website. That's not possible on Qdobas website. So now I have to jump through hoops through the bank to get this done.
