  The customer service at this South Hill Pizza Hut location has immensely improved since both "Heaven" and "Andrew/ (Drew)" started working there. They always provide excellent customer service within the workplace, are very friendly, and they always make sure that the customer is informed of the best deals or current promotions going on. Nothing but positive vibes and superior customer service from both of these associates. I felt the need to recognize both Heaven and Drew, because I believe it is important to give credit where credit is due. Nowadays, it is difficult to find good people with great qualities like these two have, so shout out! And keep up the good work! And thank you for being Pizza Hut Rockstars, and giving everyone a great experience!! 😁👌🏼👏🏼 🍕🍕 🍕

  Service was horrible! I ordered online and it’s supposed to be contactless order, leave order at the door. Order was prepaid and driver refused to leave the order at the door the first time he came. I watched him on my security camera and saw that he tried to call my phone, then he left after standing there for about 3 minutes with my order. Then he left and took my order with him! I called the store right away and whoever answered the phone said he doesn’t know why driver didn’t just leave the order at the door. He sent the driver to bring my order back to the house. 15 minutes later he arrived and again, knocked on my door and waited for me to open the door before placing putting my order by my front door. I told him he’s supposed to leave the order at the door, it’s a contactless order. He proceeded to argue with me and lecture me about the updating the phone number on my account. He stood there for another 3 minutes arguing while my dog was barking at him, before he finally left. FOOD WAS COLD by then. Called back the store to report what happened and basically told - “Sorry that happened, nothing I can do about it.” Bad service!
