  Absolutely horrible. We live over an hour away and bring our kids here every year for the book it reward program. They used to have a cute little kids area and since the remodel its gone. We were the only ones dining in and nothing was clean. The employees were coming and going in their pajamas and just looked unclean and didn't care about their jobs or appearance. I was overcharged for the one pizza my husband and I ordered and when I asked about it the girl at the counter just stared at me like a deer in the headlights and couldn't even answer basic questions about toppings. I then asked for waters and was told they removed the fountain drink station and I could buy bottled water. Had to ask for plates or keep getting up to ask for things which was very difficult as a very pregnant lady. Just horrible service all around, will not ever be coming back.

  My wife and I got 2 large pizzas, 12 bone in wings, 16 boneless wings, and tipped, it cost us around $100 bucks. I didnt think anything of it until my wife was looking at the recipe. We had ordered carry out and were waiting. My wife looked at the board behind the register and our recipe and figured we must have had a miscommunication on price. She very politely approached to ask if we had missed something regarding the posted deals and were informed you have to ask for carry out deals for them to apply at the time of check out. Needless to say we were pretty flabbergasted. The logic behind ordering, while looking at the carry out board and pointing saying "oh a one large topping pizza for x amount of dollars, ill take one of those." would be an implied ask. That feels super frustrating as a buyer to have a posted deal, and then ask if I messed up to be informed I need permission to get an implied deal. It strays dangerously close to false advertising. When my wife asked about the price difference, we were not offered the option to refund the difference. No wounder no one out pizzas the hut. They are being shady.

  This store has THE worst delivery service of all pizza joints. I dont order from here often. But occasionally I think, lets get pizza hut. Its just down the street, its affordable and should be here quick. Last year I had an order take 90min to be delivered. Earlier this year had another take over 60min. And tonight I waited 2hrs.....for a pizza to be delivered from the Pizza Hut litterally 3min from my house. I even called tonight and asked to cancel the delivery and I would just come and pick it up myself. I was assured it would be at my house in munutes. "Minutes" turned into 30min. What in the hell is going on with this location??

  Waited over 20–25 minutes for a DoorDash order after being told it would only be 10–15 minutes. When the order was finally ready, I was handed multiple drinks with no carrier, bag, or any way to safely transport them. I politely asked if there were any drink holders, boxes, or even a bag to help carry them, and was told no. I even asked if I could use a trash bag, as there were liners visible, and was still refused with no attempt to help. Due to the tone and lack of assistance, I asked to speak with a manager and was told that the person I was speaking with was the manager. When I explained that I couldn’t safely deliver the drinks without risking spills, I was told that if I didn’t take them, I shouldn’t take the order at all. This creates a poor experience not only for delivery drivers, but for customers who expect their orders to arrive complete and intact. Leadership at this location should set a better standard for basic service and professionalism.

  I picked up a delivery here a few days ago and the gal working said it was only going to be 5 minutes and then she disappeared for 20- I called out to her several times to inquire about the delay and did not get a single response- I could see through the warmer she wasn’t even in the back for an extended period of that time and then I witnessed her handle all 4 cooked pizzas with her bare hands while boxing them 🤢 I notified the customer and reported the food safety violation to my delivery partner company immediately but I’m leaving this review because people could absolutely get sick from the displayed negligence of safe food handling taking place at this business.
