  Its not that hard to read a ticket. If it says ranch on a snack wrap you dont baptise it in spicy sauce. Wanted my snackwrap to end iff my meal. I took the bus down and back home. i got a daily double and a snackwrap for a quick meal before my shift because ive been out of food and just got paid but no i end up biting into spicy garbage and nearly threw up and am gonna have to deal with stomach issues later because i dont have anything else to eat nor the time to go back and try to get a new one.. Read your tickets its not that hard - line cook 4 years

  Yall charge so much for food and can’t even double check the bag and order to make sure everything is in the bag so ridiculous

  Horrible experience with McDonald's on Sprague and Havana. Placed a mobile order 20 minutes before I got there and still waited another 20 minutes to get my food. When I got it the food was 🥶 Plus they were not even busy

  Drive thru order. Had to say everything twice. Repeated back to me sweet tea. Nope...didn't get sweat tea. Fish could have been a hockey puck...it chewed like it had been fried an hour ago and left out to dry.

  RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! Dang near 10 employees in here all laughing and goofing off having a good time and the you ask for help and they look at you rudely and say not one word as if you inserted yourself into a private environment/home and not a public fast food restaurant.
