  Never returning here again, I ordered breakfast at 10:15 via the McDonalds app and I arrive at 10:35 to pick up my order and I’m told by the alleged manager I can’t be given the items because I arrived 5 minutes after breakfast ended that I had to be there before 10:30 which makes no sense if I already paid for my meal, if it wasn’t available at the time of order then it wouldn’t have let me make the order in the first place, what’s the point of ordering off the app if my food isn’t even ready before I arrive, I just want my refund like the manager said I will after she cancels my order

  Very helpful staff and fast service... I usually use the drive through but I needed the restroom which I was very pleased with the level of cleanness.

  I've been eating at this McDonald's for a few years now, and I am very grateful for their consistency and kindness. It is very comforting to go inside and get a McDonald's breakfast every few months.

  It's rather amusing how even with such a diligent corporation that strives for consistency, we all know Mickey D's really does vary quite vastly from one location to another. I'd say the biggest variance usually has to do with service and ability to execute orders, especially if you dare dabbling with modifications. Well if that's how you get down or are fed up with sub-par service that radiates that "could care less" attitude or even worse "your a burden" simply for placing an order then this location might just be the refreshing change up you didn't even realize you'd appreciate so much. I'd say this is by far one of the consistently friendly Golden Arches I've experienced w basically the whole staff. I can't recall a time there was a mistake w my kids orders (I was raised to pick off the ingredients you don't like and that attempting to make other substitutions was just out of pocket, high maintenance, and only an option for thy majesty) Anyways, fries are hot, nothing taste like it's been sitting in a warmer long enough for you to taste the difference, they smile and make you feel welcomed...and...drumroll...... after several years of conducting calculated experiments and keeping througoh records I have found (to my astoushinment) their Ice cream machine is on exactly 96.7% of the time I have frequented this particular establishment! Fascinating, I know! That alone practically sets the tone for their ability to provide customer service and shows how they seem to operate above average in comparison to the disappointing declining service I have almost just become accustomed too with what feels like the majority of other locations and "competition" or similar dining options. All in all, sure, yeah, it's McDonald's...but this one of the best in my humble opinion. Reporting live from 29th and Regal, it has been my pleasure to share my findings and feelings with all you beautiful souls who generously spent their time listening to what I had to say so thank you, I don't take that for granted and I'll never forget it. Stay true to yourself, be of service to others, cherish as many moments as possible, and do your best to have compassion and forgiveness to all...including yourself. It's all love from me and on that note I'm out like an Ebt balance the last week before it hits again.

  Lately this McDonalds has improved a lot, I never have to worry about my food order missing. It’s fast and convenient and the employees are very nice and helpful
