  This place always sucks . You can stand at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes before anyone will even look at you . Worst service in town ,hands down . Today I told them off and left . Went to McDonald's on division and got excellent service .if thats the best you can do for a response you deserve to lose that franchise. If it wasn't for people coming off the interstate to eat you would have been gone a long time ago . Time for new management. Or owner . At least put some effort into trying to improve service . I wasn't the only one complaining, other customers were telling me how long they had to wait too . Unbelievable.

  Whoever the older gal is...with shoulder length salt n peoper hair, thats working at the 1st window today...rude! Maybe hide her in the back where she doesnt have to deal with people. This wasnt the 1st time ive had an encounter with her and she always has the same snobby attitude 🙄

  Staff is incredibly rude. Refused to help us as we struggled to operate the kiosk and stated we can leave and walked away.

  OMG The lady manager should be fired for the way she treats employees and customers. I have never heard a manager just scream at people the way she does. How she keeps employess is beyond me. An absolute terrible person. I feel sorry for her employess and customers. I will never go back there.

  Honestly , I would give zero stars if I was able to. I've been coming to this restaurant for years and it's progressively gotten worse. I'm at the point where I will NEVER spend my hard earned money here again. They have no customer service skills, they're very rude and lazy tbh. There will be 2+ people standing 2 to 3 feet from the counter, they look at you multiple times and make eye contact but say nothing. A simple " we're busy but be with you shortly" would do wonders but it never happens. They literally expect you to ring a bell for pickups when they're standing right there actively ignoring you. Customer service does not exist here and it's unacceptable. I don't care how busy a restaurant is... it takes a second or two to acknowledge someone and keep them informed. They literally ruin my day with their bad attitudes up there and I've had enough. I'm done. Save yourself the time and go to Market St or Monroe St, they are great, polite and actually know how to do their jobs. They're going to run that store out of business with their terrible customer service habits, it's unbelievable tbh
