  Old nuggets. The whole 10 piece was only Luke warm. Cold fries and they didn't even get the sauce correct. And shorted on sauce

  I just went through the drive through and received the wrong order. The cashier was super sweet about it and I fully understand mistakes happen. My problem was with the manager. She was very rude to me when handing my food as if the situation was my fault, dismissed me and didn't try to fix the problem at all. As someone who also works in customer service, that was not the way to handle everything as a manager and I felt very disrespected. She didn't even give me a chance to say if I was missing anything or nothing of the sorts.

  Came in to let my little play and redeem my points to get a free item. The kiosk didn't end up working for some reason so I had to go to the front counter. It was fine until the girl up front gave me an attitude about my points not redeeming quickly, I assumed she was new and asked for manager to fix it. She did and was kind. I would avoid this location and go down to Aargone they are much more friendly.
