  Fast, friendly and accurate. But the last 3 times I have been there the fries are lacking salt. Even my family who doesn't like salt needs to add salt to the fries. On the go with no salt it completely ruined my meal.

  The drive-thru was extraordinarily s-l-o-w tonight. Not sure what the hang up was in the restaurant - maybe they had to chase the chickens that escaped out the back door or the French fry machine was just plain ‘tater’ed out. IDK. The driver in front of me couldn’t wait any longer and left the line, in search of another late night snack elsewhere (smart idea). I had ordered the chicken strips, which are always crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. Tonight, they were slightly chewy, as if the bird had been a rubber chicken in its previous life. My French fries were barely warm at best, limpy & wimpy - not the hot & crispy stand-up-in-the-box that we all love so much. I munched on a few on my way home but nearly choked to death because these fries were dry and difficult to swallow without a cold drink at the ready. I’d like to mention that the staff I encountered were all very pleasant but I’d have to say that the bearded gentleman serving at the window, seemed flustered with the orders and had a look of pure bewilderment, as if it was his first night on the job. Poor sap. This was definitely NOT the high standard of McDonalds that we’ve all grown to expect. I only visit this location because it’s convenient but I truly doubt I will continue to frequent this McDonalds in the future. I did not receive my receipt so it “could” be difficult to tract down the employee number, time of encounter, store number, etc. However, I will be writing a pointed email to McDonalds headquarters in the morning, stating these complaints and asking for a refund. I really wish it was a better report but I’m honestly stating the facts.

  Takes 25 minutes to make orders in the drive thru. This is the time considered before accepting payment. On a Sunday at 10pm. They were filling orders once "paid for" at the second window. I'd imagine that was the purpose of removing window 1 in the first place, but what do I know. After that long of a wait for "fast food", this place doesn't deserve my money.

  ordered on the app for mcdelivery and ordered a mcrispy with a medium frie and sweet tea, i got the order but did not get what was ordered instead i got jus a big mac that was messy everything fell apart and was jus gross. yall some lazy people lmao.
