    Just met w/ G.M. of this location, very professional, patient, listens to understand (not reply). Prompt & courteous. Communication goes a long ways in this world & without our own voice. We wouldn't get very far. Minor discrepancy was easily fixed. Ordered from specific location hundreds of times over past 15-18yrs. Thank you very much Sir, may God bless you & your loved ones. 🙏

    Staff members are too worried about a drive-thru statistic versus actually handling your food. After placing the order ahead of time, waiting in line, then being told that I need to pull around a corner because it takes them too long to toast a bagel. You guys need to stop focusing on a freaking statistic and start focusing on actual customer service. In my history, every time I've been asked to pull around a corner they push the ticket through in the system so they can no longer see it that way. The system thinks it's complete but this leaves a gap for the employees to forget an item because they can no longer track said order. This happens all the time.
