  I ordered a sandwich at 8pm for delivery. I received a delivery at 9:10 pm for a completely different person. The order contained items I’m allergic to. I called the store. The woman working was apologetic and said she’d refund me and get my order out right away. 10pm rolls around. I called to check in. She informed me she was so sorry but my order hadn’t left yet. At that point, you should have just been honest an hour ago that I needed to cancel my order or pick it up. Now I have waited over 2 hours, and I still haven’t eaten. Absolutely ridiculous.

  We are regulars at Jimmy John’s. Of all the Jimmy John’s that we go to, this is by far the best one. The staff is extremely friendly. My son loves going there. I highly recommend this Jimmy John’s over any other. keep up the great work!

  Skip North Division and drive here. The service is much better and 0 employees standing around, doing nothing, looking at you like you're bothering the time that they are payed to be there. Mission location is stellar!
