    paid $30 for a sandwich and it was paper thin, are you freaking kidding me?! Called the store they said they would refund, then they hung up on me. I work hard for my money, I will NEVER order from them again! - where is the extra onion, any onion! where is the cucumber?!

    I typically go in the store about today.I decided to try and go through the drive through.I pulled up , waited about three and a half minutes figured they were just busy giving them time , cause the college kids just started back decided. Okay, backup, try and retrigger the sensor did that waited another couple minutes. Nothing nobody said anything so I drove out of the drive through area made the block and came into the store. There was no other people in the store, but the 4 employees, the 2 younger males in the back goofing off. Not the first this has happen at this location...Won't return!

    Place an order at 10:46am with a delivery time between 11:45am-12pm. It's 12:24 and still hasn't shown up. I even left a tip. Called to inquire. Didn't seem to concerned. "We got busy..." Not my problem! "Freakishly fast"? Not so much. Going to reconsider where I order from. Lunch will be over by the time I get it.

    Let's start out positive. I use to love Jimmy John's. The last 3 times I've ordered from there has been questionable. The sandwiches used to be packed in meat and now it's mostly vegetables and 3 barely pieces of meat. I think I'll move my business to another sandwich shop.like baseball...... 3 strikes and out

    I love jimmy johns. But the same bad thing keeps happening over and over at this location. I order a number 17 giant with extra mayo not toasted. I get to the window and have to wait 30 to 40 min then I drive home to eat it and its toasted with no mayo. Im done coming to this location. Its alot of money to wait a long time and not get what you wanted.
