Apparently, it's National Cheeseburger Day, and EVERYONE in the city decided to show up and cram the restaurant. I informed them I had arrived... and proceeded to wait for over a half an hour (in addition to the 25 I'd already spent). I'm now about 1 hour in... and there's ZERO indication that my order is being worked on. They had lost the ticket. I had planned to leave... but my wife left the lights on in the car, so we couldn't leave until we got a jump. Since we were stuck there anyway, I asked them to reprint the ticket... WHICH THEY LOST AGAIN. That's now TWO HOURS without any food. I couldn't rate the food... BECAUSE I NEVER GOT ANY I understand being slammed because of a promotion - but to lose the order TWICE? That's way beyond just "I guess we can refund you, and you *should* get your money back sometime tomorrow" MOST INFURIATING: there were people who walked in, ordered and paid on the spot... and they had their food within 5 minutes while a WAITING CROWD had to watch them walk up and get served before they did. What possible incentive could I receive to convince me to EVER use that app again?
