    Just stopped by Dutch Bros on Lower N. Division. Waited 30 minutes to get order, decided to order online while waiting in line (they still had to make it when we pulled up to window). Once we pulled up to the window, No Happy Greeting, No Sorry for the wait! Just, what’s the order? Then while making the order, barista was sent to lunch and order was finished by I am assuming the shift lead. He just handed us the drink, didn’t say Thank You, Sorry for the wait or even offer my wife a straw for her drink. Then to top it off the drink was warm at best and was “it’s ok.” That is terrible for an $8 cup of coffee to have a crap experience like that. Not a fan!!

    Wow, do NOT go to this location. If they make a mistake they have a breakdown and their brains shirt circuit. Instead of just fixing the drink they messed up on, they want you to circle back around, block traffic instead of fixing the issue. You like Dutch Bros, find a different location.

    It’s like they make big patches of coffee, if you get it early it’s too sugary, if you get it in the middle maybe it’s alright if you get in the end it’s definitely like why I pay over 6 dollars for a water downed , burnt coffee! I usually get iced drinks. Maybe find some way where you’re not in in line hoping your money doesn’t go to waste
