  Went here for the first time, got some brekky and a coffee! I’m from Canada and so used to tim hortons, this location blows tim hortons out of the park. This food and drinks is peak. The staff are also very personable and friendly! The assistant manager was top tier and I had a sweet conversation with her and felt super welcomed. Thank you again!

  My favorite coffee shop in Spokane!! Even when the line is long, it goes by so fast. Everyone that works here is so kind and sweet, especially the manager, Kait! I go out of my way to come to this location!

  I’ve been going here for quite sometime now. The drinks are amazing but the new food… let me tell you, it’s simply DELECTABLE. The food, especially the banana bread and coffee cake provide my taste buds with an extravagant feeling. This feeling was something out of a Disney movie, much like when the food critic took his first bite of the ratatouille. The warm welcomes and the atmosphere are nothing short of astonishing. The assistant manager… her commitment to go above and beyond signify her resilience and her teamwork skills that should not go unrecognized. This goes for the rest of the team as well. The hard work exhibited shows that this stand has proven to me time and time again that coffee and banana bread aren’t simply a resource, but instead a treasure beyond words can describe.   I am writing this review to warn others about a severe billing discrepancy and the highly unprofessional customer service (CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE) the girls that work the shop are AMAZING, SO SWEET AND FULL OF ENERGY. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE BEFORE. MY ISSUE IS WITH THE CSR PHONE REPS NOT THE LADIES AT THE SHOP. I experienced with this establishments CSR. My bank statement clearly shows three consecutive daily charges on June 30th ($9.76), July 1st ($11.73), and July 2nd ($11.73). I only visited this location on June 30th and July 1st. After i left on the 1st i called in and spoke with a lady who told me the 2nd charge will drop off it was due to me using tap to pay, that they charge twice( bs). When I immediately caught the system error and brought it to their attention, I was met with complete dismissal. The customer service handling this matter has been completely unacceptable. The first representative I spoke with was incredibly rude, aggressively swore there was no extra charge, and told me to just wait for my bank to release the funds. Today, a second representative spoke down to me as if I were a toddler, completely minimizing the financial impact and insulting my intelligence by offering a "free drink" to make the problem go away. Let me be entirely clear: a free drink does not correct unauthorized banking transactions. I am currently in the critical process of purchasing a home, which means every single cent in my account is strictly accounted for and monitored. Having a company erroneously pull funds from my debit card twice for same transaction—and then treat me like this is nothing when I request a correction—is a massive violation of consumer trust.
