  I have been coming to this location since about 2010 or 2011. Whatever year they were first opened. I have always gotten the same order, medium iced quad shot kicker. I have continued to get that coffee for at least the last 8 years. A few years back a truck crashed into this location and it had to be completely re built. Even during their rebuild I went to the downtown location daily which is significantly further. I had always received consistent coffee. When mistakes were made it was always corrected and I never felt weird telling them they’d made a mistake. Messing up my coffee is NOT the end of the world. It’s easily fixable. Unless you go to the freya location now. I was super excited when they re-opened. Started going back right away same coffee new building… and definitely different employees. They constantly messed my coffee up it was wrong more than it was right. I was letting Thai go because it seemed like they were mostly new staff and accidents happen. But it continued. I learned to take a sip real quick before I pulled off. I know my coffee I know it so well it’s annoying because I don’t like anything else 🤣. Now when I would tell them “I’m sorry this isn’t right.” And explain why to was always met with then kinda arguing with me about it like they were annoyed. I stopped going for almost 2 years or so. Well I was out of town and got my Dutch and really wanted to start going back so I have been. For a few months. There’s been 1-2 times it’s been off but I could at least tell it was quad shot. These things are like almost 10 bucks with tip I want all 4 shots. Well today I was there, she handed me my coffee it was super light I could tell right away it was wrong just by the color. I asked her “there’s 4 shots right?” She said “yep” and handed it to me. I been told her okay it looks awfully light. I started to pull off, took a sip and it was wrong. I turned right around. I’m sick of paying so much for something I’m not even getting. With the exception of the man who was running the line they were rude. She like counted out loud really rudely the amount of shots she was putting in. People Mess up it happens. I wasn’t being rude I wasn’t yelling or demanding. I just wanted my coffee the correct way. Back to wake up call because at least they’re nice when they screw up a coffee. Also I had to wait in a stupid long line that wasn’t there when I got there. Which is just annoying

  I don’t understand why I order annihilator and it tastes like black coffee so I send my husband back and then you give us WORSE black coffee our points never showed up and actually this is the 3rd time I am really wondering why my coffee tastes like rubbing alcohol im trying way too hard to force myself to drink this but why is it absolutely garbage yall should never have re opened on Thor. 👌🏼👌🏼 I literally go to random coffee shops order the same coffee as an annihilator and EVERYTIME they make it better than you…. This is very sad.

  So we almost got backed into. Then the barista's that were out taking orders were very rude and decided that we weren't worth taking our order. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THANKS FOR RUINING MY LOVE FOR DUTCH. Yes I would love to talk to customer service

  These folks are the best in town. My favorite spot to stop MULTIPLE times a day. I think they must add something . Probably the great interactions and customer service.
