We had ordered our usual drinks then found that it was an error in our ingredients and the barista said oh no you have to pay extra for that- like uhm no it is included in the drink it even says so…. I also had to wait 20 minutes past the time the app said my drink was ready. All I had to do was pick it up but no the barista chose to take orders first before handing me a drink that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. And I learned that it has not been made so it added another 10-15 minutes. This is one of the worst ducth bro place I’ve ever ordered my drinks at. I saw another customer asked for something and waited then ended up leaving cuz she was frustrated. I have never had issues at any other Dutch bros. And ironically it’s a bigger place while all other ones are drive thru only. Do better! Treat your customers better.

They went through all the effort and resources of just making our drinks and then told us sorry actually we can't give them to you and yes we are going to throw them LITERALLY IN THE TRASH because this isn't the location you ordered at. Worse than Starbucks and that's saying something. Never again. This isn't the baristas fault but corporate can get screwed for this policy. To be fair though I did feel pretty ignored by them at first when I tried to check in about my order. Only thing this place has going for it is the atmosphere.
- KKKambriaMay 17, 20261.0I live next door and think this business is extremely inconsiderate. Their drive thru is like 10ft from my walls and they blare music early morning to late night. Their store wasn't here when I moved in and boy I wish I could move daily when I hear them blasting music at all hours. Someone else must have called the cops because they came by investigating the noise levels. Hopefully something gets done or they decide to become respectful neighbors.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
