  Would give a zero if it would let me. My daughter is highly allergic to gluten and dairy. She ordered gluten free pizza and put No cheese. We got home and she started eating one and it had no cheese. All was good until she took a bite of the second pizza and it had cheese. We tried to call them and discuss it and just ask for a refund on the one pizza and was placed on hold immediately and after 20 minutes she hung up and called back and he said Dominos on thor then yelled please hold. When he finally returned he refused to give his name and told her that they are extremely busy and she needed to order online and if u don’t understand that I am sorry. Once she told him I ordered already and requested no cheese and there was cheese on it and I am highly allergic. He said I don’t know what your talking about and hung up.I went in asked for a manager he said he was the manager and he would talk to me in a second when he finally came to talk to me I asked him if he was the manager he said yes, I said can I also get corporates name and number. He said well you’re gonna have to wait I am busy. I stated what happened he said where’s the pizza all I can do is remake u one u got proof I went to show him pictures and he walked away. I said so u ask for pictures but don’t want to see them? I am busy. I said that’s fine I will send you the hospital bill. He said Have a good night. Then the cook said Have a good night mama. I wasn’t out to make a huge deal just to make what was wrong right. He couldn’t even take the time to do this. You can see the cheese in the pictures. Now my daughter gets to deal with all the pain and discomfort.

  We ordered two pizzas and got the wrong pizzas so we called and we were trying to get them to take these wrong pizzas back saying we would drive over there and give them back. We didn't want a 50% just the right pizzas. The general manager Richard wanted to start screaming on the phone at my brother over this, over pizza. Richard is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Take the extra few mins and go somewhere else, also if you look at the reviews this has happened before witch means it will happen again.

  Ordered through the mobile app, ordered a spinach and feta cheese and a pepperoni using a sale deal, but it changed the pizzas to a cheese pizza and a spicy buffalo. I offered to bring the two wrong untouched pizzas back in return for the correct pizzas instead of trying to keep them and the General Manager Richard offered a 50% off coupon then proceeded to raise his voice and escalate the situation saying "the first time ever the app screws up". Proceeded to threaten to ban my account before hanging up.

  ordered delivery, got all the notifications that the driver was in the neighborhood and pulling up, then said delivered. did not recieve it. received a phone call from a scam likely number and thought it was unrelated so didn’t answer it, no voicemail or anything. after 5-10 minutes called the store, was told the app marks it as done before it is because it’s better for them and to wait 10 minutes and call back. waited another half hour after it said it was here and completed, called back. they told me to wait once again. i said i wanted my money back, all of the sudden they actually care to get in contact with their drivers. not because it was marked delivered 40 minutes ago, but because i wanted a refund. they wanted to make sure it wasn’t going to be delivered. i said i don’t care i don’t want a pizza that’s been sitting in a car for over half hour either way, lady on the phone is very rude the entire time by the way, and finally got ahold of the driver who said he tried to call and i didn’t answer. again it said scam likely im not answering scam likely calls. even though he couldn’t get ahold of me, marking it done and being told to ignore it and wait more 2 times is frustrating and you’d think there would be a better system in place for a non delivery than saying to just keep waiting and waiting.
