  You get what you pay for… This pizza is double pepperoni. That means that if I had not ordered double pepperoni, some of the pieces would literally only have one piece on them. just good enough for the price. We will go back just for the price and convenience. I don’t have it delivered anymore, though, because they seem to mess that up every time.

  This particular location of Dominos needs help with their customer service in their managerial area. Their counter staff has better customer service than their managers. (At lease better than Ashley because that’s who I had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with). There’s a new store in Colbert that just opened up and their website hasn’t been properly setup to default to that store with online orders in their area. The division store got my order instead. (Keep in mind, all we have the ability to do is type in our address. We can’t select a store.) Ashley called me with an attitude and tone of voice I wasn’t appreciative of and told me that I sent my order to the wrong store. She acted like it was my fault and treated me as such. She explained that the order would be sent to the new store and they would call me for payment. After waiting bit and not receiving a call, I attempted to call the store myself but couldn’t find their information Google so I called Ashley back for their number. I finally got a hold of the new store and they said a transfer would have to happen over the phone and the division store hadn’t called them. After sorting out the miscommunication, everything went smoothly. The only issue was the bad attitude from the manager (Ashley) at the division store.

  This store has gone down hill for sure. We gave up on them for a while. Decided to give them another try and that was a mistake. I got 2 thin as hell pan pizzas cut terrible and I cant tell if they were under cooked or what because it was made so horribly. Idk how anyone has given them a good review lately. Just go to Selkirk waayyyy better!

  Great pizza, wished they would use less sauce however. The workers are friendly enough, they are extremely busy, the atmosphere could use some help.

  Truthfully, uncertain why this place has a recent bad wrap. Been ordering from this specific location (online delivery mostly + occasional pick up) since 2020. Staff has always been patient & friendly, esp. if you're understanding during rush hours / high delivery times (as with ANY other restaurant / food place). Out of the few hundred times I've ordered from Dominos over the years, they do a pretty good job overall. & their national deals / user account deals, always hit home / worthy of utilizing. Anytime discrepancies arise, they always've found a way to make it work, especially if you communicate with them. Whether credit back to your card, your account (for missed item + usually a duplicate of missing item). Will continue ordering from this location for the foreseeable future. Thank you Dominos!
