  These guys can’t figure out how to get food out on time… yes we came with a larger party. One group gets their food and the other gets theirs 20 minutes later. The last group gets theirs 40 minutes after. It’s awful. They don’t care. They take your order 40 minutes after you’re seated. This place sucks.

  We had a double birthday for a 9 and 12 year old and had a total of 30 people attend. Dave n busters provided the best experience ever. Our server Ashley was very attentive and kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed. The operations manager Nicole was also amazing. They both deserve some recognition, the customer service was top notch. Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday for the kids. No stress and they took care of everything. Well worth the money 😃👏

  We went here on a random whim just to look around and see what it was all about. We ended up getting a play and eat package for $25 and had a great experience all around. The games were fun and modern and the service was friendly and just the right amount of attentive. The food was surprisingly good - the best mozzarella sticks we've ever had - and it was all a fantastic value.

  We had such a GREAT experience at Dave & Buster’s! We came in for some drinks, food, and to watch the Thursday night NFL game, and honestly, everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun, and there were plenty of TVs to enjoy the game. But what really made our night was our server, MEGS! She was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were having a great time. She went above and beyond, and her personality and energy made our whole experience that much better. I actually made a point of speaking with her manager because I wanted them to know just how great she was. Employees like Megs are the kind of people who make customers want to come back. She deserves to be recognized for the job she is doing — and honestly, I think she deserves a raise! We will definitely be coming back to Dave & Buster’s. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and TVs were all great, but MEGS is a HUGE reason we’ll be back! She absolutely deserves all the praise and recognition she can get. Thank you, Megs, for making our night so enjoyable! ❤️

  09-20-2026 DISAPPOINTMENT & DECEPTION Read further if you don’t want to get scammed. We came here yesterday for the first time for our 16 year olds birthday. Big day for all of us. We saw that we couldn’t make reservations for our group on Saturdays because we just can’t afford to pay for everyone so we were just going to meet up, play and celebrate. We showed up to the hostess station and told them we have approximately 20 family members in total (including our exclusive 6). The hostess looked at us and asked if we reserved. I told her we didn’t because it stated we couldn’t for Saturdays. I was confused why she would ask. She then told me she wasn’t sure if they could and that she was just going to get someone to help. Another girl came and she wasn’t that friendly to our group. She was confused why we had a large group and I told her why, then she reiterates that they don’t do reservations. I told her that I understood that it was a first come, first serve basis when I read it online and that’s why we were checking in and stating how many we expected. She wasn’t that friendly about it and said she needed to talk to her supervisor first. We waited about 10 minutes and we were looking at all the signs at their stations and figuring out how we wanted the kids to eat and play. she came back and then she got us sat in the far back right. We were glad they could get us seating. We purchased the eat and play bundles to feed everyone. So we paid at the kiosk and think we’re good and paid for. It was around a total of $200 for the eat and plays we came up with for our kids. My husband got a beer and my dad got a beer after all this. We asked for our tab for the two beers and we have to pay a “party” portion which was significantly higher than the total of two beers. My cousin and her child did the eat and play and they only got waters and never got a “party” balance at the end for them. So we asked the waitress and she went from friendly to rude right away when we just asked what it was. She said “well that’s the gratuity and it’s an automatic gratuity applied since you have a party or 7 or more” so I told her that was fine, but it would be nice if she could let management know that it would be fair of them to post that at the host check station at the front. Our waitress is still rude and says “well, it says it right in our menu. You definitely see it in there.” I explained that we didn’t see this and that if we knew or saw it, we wouldn’t have asked and that the receipt should state so also. Not under a different name. She was still snippy and I told her we’re obviously going to pay it, but that it was deceptive and she could care less… so we didn’t tip anymore than that. We love to tip for good service, she wasn’t amazing, but she wasn’t bad until she showed her true colors at the end. So she got nothing more than the basic from our group. The tip we had to pay was also for the “chips” we bought to play with. Not the $4.99 entree they advertised it would be (and we had 4 of them) So the tip was a totality of our entire $200+ and the two beers that we got after we paid the $200+. Not the $20 in food(that was paid in advance) and the $18 for the beer that we ordered after.
