This was my first experience with Dave & Busters.
After the Spokane Indians game was cancelled. My wife and I decided to take the kids and watch the Mariners game here.
It was super busy around the 1:00pm time this past Sunday, but after being told it would be a 45 minute wait, we were seated in about 20 minutes. Also, seated in front of the big screen for the game because I told them when checking in that’s why we were there.
I can’t even begin to tell you how great Michael’s customers service skills were! He took the time to help us navigate the game passes & eating and what would work best. Hands down the BEST customer service we have received in a very long time! Thank you Michael!
I wasn’t expecting much from the food, but it was really good. Michael recommended that if I like queso to add it to the cheese steak, great idea. And we all loved the spinach dip appetizer.
Mariners lost the game, but the atmosphere & experience made it easier to accept.
Went by here after Flight 509/Chaos Arcade both closed hoping for a similar experience and place to hang out at without travelling across the state and even though the staff/food were pretty decent (shout-out to Krystal) along with the general vibe of the place, the game selection felt really lacking, at least as someone who doesn't like ticket games.
Personally I was really hoping they might have maimai as someone who played a *lot* of that at Chaos along with a good few other people when they were open (and knowing some D&B locations have been getting maimai DX cabinets recently, I was really excited for that possiblity and would happily be a regular just for that if a cabinet for it does show up here some day), but even outside of music games, it didn't feel like there were too many options for people who just want to play more traditional/no prizes involved arcade games, which the previous local spots did a pretty decent job balancing with the ticket games.

Whew, where do I start? First, they offer 15 percent off for military on mondays. We tell our waitress at the very beginning that my husband is military. We order several things, a wings special, a eat and play combo and a regular priced meal. At the end, when she brings our check, she says that she cant apply the military discount because we ordered stuff that was "already discouted". She said it wasnt possible for them to discount even the full priced regular entree. I think its crappy to advertise military appeciation with no fine print about exclusions and then tell us at the end they wont honor it. Its insulting to military and first responders. Would be better to not offer it at all. Some of our food came out wrong (was addressed) but got a huge attitude from the server, as if it were my fault. The nachos were disgusting. The waitress did not fill our waters once and they were empty. I will never, ever eat here again. Overpriced, nasty food and crappy service. I might return for the games. Maybe.
Uncomfortable, Cold Food, and Negligent Service.
We stopped by hoping for a decent bite to eat and a relaxed visit, but the experience was poor from start to finish. We didn't even go near the arcade games, yet the entire environment was so excessively loud that you had to shout just to have a conversation across the table.
We were seated in the bar/high-top section, and the tall chairs were genuinely uncomfortable—unsupportive, awkwardly positioned, and unpleasant to sit in for more than a few minutes. My legs were going numb in minutes.
The service was painfully slow throughout our visit. It took forever to get noticed by a server, drinks took ages to arrive, and checking in on us seemed like an afterthought. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived after a long wait, the wings ($17 price!) were cold on the inside—clearly cooked ahead or not heated properly before being brought out.
Between the deafening noise level, terrible seating comfort, slow service, and cold food, there was almost nothing redeeming about this visit. We definitely won't be returning.

Came here for my birthday and sadly this place was awful wish I didn’t come.
About half the machines we tried were broken or broke after tapping to play. Our first machine charged us then broke. I asked the staff for help who were very annoyed with me and sent a technician over. He was nice but he reset the game and after waiting 15mins he never came back to finish helping us. When I went to ask for help again the staff was rude and wouldn’t acknowledge me. Of our $10 card at least $4 was gone due to broken machines and staff refused to give us a refund.
The rest of the games are quite expensive, about 50 cents for 30 seconds. Most machines here are also just gambling machines to get tickets and not fun play games.
After spending an hour for only a handful of games and losing a lot of our points to broken machines we decided to get food. The food actually wasn’t bad, but I did ask the server for the $5 beer and I asked if blue moon was included to which she said yes and came back with the drink. Later I find out it wasn’t included and I paid almost $10 for a draft beer! They kind of finalized an awful birthday here.
I’m sad I came here and wasted $50 on my birthday and left feeling ripped off and taken advantage of :(
