I had to keep asking what my server was saying she was so quiet I couldn't understand her. A bunch of young boys hanging around, no clean place to sit and food cold when it should be hot. Frozen also when needs to be chilled. Not going back to this location

I have tried on three separate occasions, and only twice have I actually been served food. The other two times they were out of guacamole, corn salsa, queso, fajita veggies and a majority of the proteins. Today, they weren't even open at 4pm on a Wednesday. They just had a piece of paper taped to a chair in front of the door saying "closed". I will not be returning.

There were approximately 10 employees working at the time, yet not a single clean table was available in the restaurant. We initially considered sitting outside, but the tabletops were so hot from the sun that they were uncomfortable to touch. Inside, the drink station was also in poor condition, with the drain overflowing and ice accumulating around the area. I ended up having to wipe down my own table before I could sit and eat. I ordered a Double Protein Honey Chipotle Chicken Bowl. Unfortunately, no white rice was available, and the chicken appeared to be the last scraps from the bottom of the pan. After only a few bites, I encountered several large pieces of fat in the chicken. Three of the roughly six bites I took contained fatty pieces, which made the meal unappetizing. I ultimately had to discard the bowl and was unable to finish my lunch. Overall, the cleanliness, food quality, and dining experience fell well below expectations.
