  I had a great time at this location. The late night crew was amazing! Kaitlin especially treated us all like family and made us feel right at home!

  My two kids and I had a super disappointing experience tonight 08/06/2026. We are currently displaced by the Autumn Lane Fire, and chipotle has always been a family favorite. So, after football practice, we decided we would go get some good food, talk with the employees, and enjoy a meal on the patio. An employee by the name of Katelyn, is not someone that belongs on the chipotle team. The way the girl was talking to the gentleman making burritos and plates was DIABOLICAL! This man has a line of 6 people and Katelyn is standing there watching him, like the register was going to fall over. While making crappy comments and telling him everything he needs to do after he helps the 6 people in line, while she does nothing. She watched while he was clearly needing help. There was another worker working the drive thru, and that poor girl was running back and forth, and also could’ve used her help. Katelyn claimed that she was helping the woman employee, so she couldn’t help the male employee. Katelyn refilled a couple things and was clearly not happy to be doing it. The male employee kept a smile the WHOLE time! He was actually trying to distract us from her nasty attitude. He’s who belongs there! I finally had enough after about 10 minutes, maybe less.. I finally told her she should at least wait until customers aren’t here to talk to him like that. I told her the way she talks to him is absolutely disgusting!! Then! My kids and I were finishing up our meal. My daughter went in to refill her drink and the next thing I see is a tall skinny female employee, who was not present at the time, come to the window that we were in front of and literally slammed them shut. I think she thought I was staring at them?.. It’s all on camera and I would love the opportunity to speak to someone, to give all the details of the interaction, because it gets worse.

  I've been coming to this Chipotle location for about a year, and it used to be amazing. Unfortunately, over the past few months, the quality and consistency have really gone downhill. My orders have been getting messed up more often, and the portion sizes have become ridiculously small—even when I pay for extra protein. Today was especially disappointing. They gave me the wrong rice, and my bowl was only about half full. I understand that it can get busy, but the Chipotlane service has also gotten much worse. Today I was the only car in line, and it still took about 12 minutes before anyone even came to the window. I really hope this location can get back to the level of service it used to provide because it was one of my favorite Chipotle locations.

  DAVID NEEDS A RAISE!!! David and Marie absolutely crushed it today! Manager, I hope you check your sales from today because they were SLAMMED and David was phenomenally friendly, fast but took his time to make sure he got our orders correct and didn't crack under the intense pressure of 12 people staring at him! Honestly, I never leave reviews but this was 10/10 service!
