  I forgot why I stopped going to this location until I went to this location again. Rude staff. One of them literally cut in while another was getting same meat for my burrito then mumbled a rude remark when I said that we were in the middle of something. Mentioned to the person who rang me up and she replied that he has to do that because he…I have no idea what she said. When I said he could have waited a second, literally, or said excuse me, or explained why he stuck his spoon on top of the guy’s getting my meat and she didn’t respond.

  We were here on 10/1 at 7:40pm and I need the owners of this establishment to know how amazing the staff on this shift was. This place was running incredibly efficient despite how busy it was and how short staffed they were - One was making online orders, one was prepping food like an absolute machine and the other was on the main line helping customers with a SMILE on his face and genuine care in his heart. This is the best experience we have ever had at a chipotle. We paid with card and the machine did not prompt us to tip and we did not have cash - this crew should be compensated with some sort of bonus from corporate and the machines need to be adjusted ASAP. Amazing 10/10 experience. (Food was great as well)

  Carsyn was an amazing cook he recognized me from a past run in an made a great joke about the steak being cooked perfectly for me and it was amazing the rest of the crew was great too we will be back very soon !

  First time in here and only 3 staff were there and had to wait a bit since they were busy with food deliveries pick up, yet were very pleasant. Gave me the code to use the restroom and when I came back, they were still busy with those orders. I was the only customer waiting to be served when I arrived in and ate inside there for about 10 minutes before others arrived inside to order. My hands were getting messy with tacos and napkins were not that helpful. I looked for hand sanitizer and there was none to be found. I had forgotten the code to the restroom so that I could wash my hands. Another table was filled with customers as I ate there during lunch time frame. I really appreciate the effort the only guy there working during my dining there he put into creating my tacos!

  The girl working the front seemed like she hated her life and her job. I literally only eat at Chipotle because they have vegetarian options and they were completely out of the veggies and she acted like I couldn't have any because there was none in the container then VERY shortly after moving on and adding toppings they came with a fresh stock of veggies, like I couldn't have waited? I literally told her I was vegetarian and the veggies were important and half my order. Then she took my bowl to the back where I couldn't see, after asking for queso, to get said queso because the front wasn't stocked properly, and then I asked for an order of large queso, and she asked if I wanted a to go bag, pointing to the to go bags, and I obviously said yes, then after I paid with card I noticed that she charged me for a large chips as well when I never mentioned or asked for chips to be added, by the time I realized she did that, I was already in my car checking my bag and receipt and she of course charged me a large chips and large queso. This is extremely annoying and you should be hiring reliable staff, not teenagers that hate their life and are terrible at customer service and terrible at basic serving. She had large decorative glasses that I complimented to try to lighten her up. She didn't lighten up at all, if anything she had a terrible attitude.
