They were just bagging it up when I arrived so this wasn’t because it had been on the pickup shelf for a long time. Chipotle is over. Fresh, high quality food was the brand. There is no value anymore. Sad end to a once great restaurant.

Arguing about who needs to take breaks, then deciding to take break while eating behind counter. They clear tickets before making them so they keep their on-time status which is frustrating when you see the employees drag their feet. I hope corporate sees this and figures out the clearing tickets issue… it literally sends a message to customers saying your order is ready when it's not. Wish we had more locations in town because this one is one of the worst I've ever been to.

What’s not passable however is the horrible service that the lady in the front taking orders at about 3:20 showed us. She was extremely rude, acted immaturely and was super reserved when scooping our proteins. She even scooped light on mine then went back to take pieces off. She was clearly upset at us for something, and she had no intention of hiding it.
- TDTania DustJun 16, 20261.0We Ordered on Uber Eats 2 burritos and 1 salad with gauc and steak on all and received all our bowls with just chicken and nothing of the items we paid extra for. they also added sour cream to my salad which I’m allergic to. the portions were extremely small and they didn’t add any toppings to all the bowls. I couldn’t eat the salad and my sister and boyfriend said that their bowls were cold I’m extremely upset will not be returning do better chipotle or maybe idk call your customers if you are missing items?!
