  this is the slowest chipotle ever i’ve never been out in under 20 minutes including when i have an online order. No one in this chipotle ever seems to care about anything, if you know you sell something then be prepared to make it

  Literally 20/20 for late orders. It is completely impossible for this restaurant to have the order ready when the app says it will be. Whatever incompetence this is, whether store management or a crappy system, I dunno… but literally trying to make their customers mad.

  This is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had at any restaurant anywhere. And I've been to Russia. At 12:40pm: No white rice No black beans No honey chicken No barbacoa So, instead of a burrito, I decide to get tacos, since they don't need rice or beans. I get 4 pieces of steak on one taco, and three on the other two. I get probably 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of queso. Not by request. Apparently they needed to put something into the completely empty tacos. And to finish it off, they charge me for the guacamole. After I finished my sour cream tacos, I went to throw my trash away, and there is NO GARBAGE CAN. Just an empty hole where you drop your trash and it goes on the sidewalk right where everyone else was enjoying their sour cream. I will never come back. Qdoba, you have my full attention!!! You've never let me down.

  Im not expecting top tier service from chipotle but atleast some customer service would be nice. White lady with tattoos around 9:35 pm on 7/16 was very rude when taking my order. The first thing she said was do you know what you want. And the whole time she had her voice raised and not in a friendly way. And kept rushing me. If I knew a way to file a complaint just for her I would. I’m not sure what her problem was because all I did was walk in and wait patiently on my turn. I have gone to this chipotle multiple times and there hasn’t been a problem really beside food being sold out. So it’s very frustrating and upsetting when you go into a place you’re comfortable with and then immediately feel unwelcome or that you’re disturbing..
