- SMStacey MorandoMay 10, 20261.0Husband placed online order this morning. Said 4:30 for the pick up time. He arrived around 4:30 (Couple minutes earlier.) Our food had been sitting SINCE 3:54. (On a shelf. Not under a heat lamp.) WTH man? It was freezing cold, and no celery or carrots? Your service has gone WAYYYYY down. And for $250? That food should have been PIPING HOT! Never EVER again. SMH.

I arrived at 9:57 p.m. Although several employees made eye contact, 10 minutes passed before a lukewarm "welcome in" was offered. I was informed that my order would be "right out". I chatted briefly with the couple who had been there when I arrived (and who were greeted after me); they said they'd been waiting for 10 minutes before I got there. Finally, at 10:25 p.m. my order was ready. No explanation or apology was given. I took my food to the park across the street only to discover that no napkins had been provided (for an order of 20 wings!) and the tater tots were lukewarm. Really unpleasant experience.

I complained but never got my extra 2 wings, and at more than 2 dollars a pop that's a decent bit of money. They were slammed but they should have just staffed more people for a rush hour on a weekend. Also the food was mid at best, they have fallen off so much since the days when they first moved in.
