Then, they completely forgot one cup after I asked for it twice all the kids cups were different sizes and mind you, we had five kids with us. I then go to pay for ice cream and they do not accept any bills over twenty. I only had one hundred dollar bill on me yes i had cash no card today and they made me go to walgreens to get change. I should have just left, but I didn't want to devastate the kids. Not very pleased with the service at all.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
