Brother, I tell you what.
I sent a text saying I was at Arby's at 5:30, didn't get my food til 5:46, I looked.
Didn't even take my order right, who wants crinkle fries? Either way, as a last ditch place, would rather go hungry.
ALSO they put new people on new position during the rush. Waste of gas

Everything is good at Arby's! We usually frequent the drive thru. Drive thru attendants have been friendly and helpful. They do their best to work quickly and get the orders out. I've been loving Arby's roast beef and cheddar since I was a kid. (I do miss the super deals from back then). Curly fries are my go-to and a large lemonade always hits the spot.

Went thru the drive thru today 06/13 around 6pm,the person taking my order was the most unprofessional person I have had the unpleasant fortune to try and order from a business, I don’t know if this person needs more training, doesn’t care, was there first day, or thinks it’s funny to act like a clown, but I can assure you I will never return to this location again, I work to hard for my money to be treated like this!

I was there tonight and a customer came in to say he didnt get his food from the other night. Yes he raised his voice a touch, but I have talked louder than he did. The assistant manager talked to him for 2 minutes and when a curse word came out of the customers mouth he got scared and called the police. As someone who runs a retail store this was not needed. If he cant de-escalate the situation without calling the police, then he shouldn't be in management. I have been cursed at, and while working at sears was told by a customer she was going to sue me. I didnt resort to calling the police, I was able to find a compromise. Another lady came over and was doing well handling the situation, she should be commended. But that assistant manager should be demoted. Or maybe he is just scared of African American men.....Do better
