  Great service! Best service I’ve gotten at a fast food in a long time. They seemed busy and were still awesome and went above and beyond.

  Indiana loc by the mall is outstanding. The customer service is always warm and top notch. My order is always correct and hot/fresh. I live closer to a different one but will go out of my way to this one. Note to corporate if you see this; please bring back the deluxe version of the fish sandwich you had a in the spring. That was crazy good.

  I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. The sandwich was so horrid that it shattered my confidence in Arby's as a brand. Needless to say I won't be going back

  The lady at the counter was super nice and personable and my food came out quickly, correct and hot even though they were getting pretty busy.

  Kathy working at the front today was not very nice. I am with a client of mine today and I had him order because he likes to do things independently. I clearly thought we ordered a combo meal because he stated he wanted the regular sandwich with fries and a drink not the curly kind. She asked what size and he said large. We later realized we didn’t get a drink cup. When I asked for it she stated we didn’t get one. I was confused. I said something to the effect of I thought we ordered a meal. She said - no I read it out to you? - with a snarky attitude. I just wish she would’ve been kinder and maybe somehow could’ve added on a drink right then and there, but she didn’t even offer. We left, but then came back because I wanted him to have his drink. When we went back in she questioned us asking who it was for? In my mind why does that matter? I understand better than most, that people can be annoying and frustrating. I was a manager at McDonald's. The way she went about it was not an example of great customer service. I just wish things would’ve been handled differently.
