  Service was horrible. Katerina doesn’t have very good customer service.very short demeanor and was very rude to my 6 and 8 year old children. When I asked about a bogo deal I saw in an advertisement she said “ya I don’t know about that I’m not looking at the app” I asked if she could ask another employee or manager and she then says “no” 🤦‍♀️. Also- the restrooms smelt horrible and were very dirty!

  This has been multiple times now where part of my order has been missing and I've had to drive all the way back out there just for them to act as if they are doing me a huge solid by making my food that I already paid for and had to waste extra money in the form of gas to correct their mistakes.

  A convenient location off Sprague if you're in Spokane Valley. I used the BOGO promotion in the app and ordered in the mobile app, but then stopped by in-person and dined in. Both sandwiches tasted pretty good. The condiments/customization was mostly done correctly, but they did drop the crispy onion strings (if they were out, they should've simply told me so). The place is spacious and quiet; a good place to grab a quick bite alone or to stop by with kids or friends. I noticed, on a modestly hot late spring afternoon that I visited for a late lunch, that the secondary room in the back was at least 2-3F cooler than the main lobby/dining area.
