  If I could give no stars I would. Ordered door dash tonight and they forgot my chicken tenders, no berry sauce for poppers, no Arby’s, horsey, or ranch as ordered. It’s so shameful how little they cared that someone paid 40+ dollars they couldn’t even double check the bag. This is not the first or even second time this has happened at this location. I will make the drive to the valley mall location.

  Lowkey got the meat mountain. They didn’t have it, so I got the chitlin meat mountain instead. Turns out this was the right move. Super good. I also listened to rod wave while eating, which made my eating experience BETTER. Thank you Arby’s. (A free burger coupon?)

  Asked for each MEAL to be put in a separate bag - NOPE. Our french dip sauce was ¼ of the container. Very few onions on the french dip royale but more expensive. Been coming here for 48 YEARS and this is the worst I've seen.

  This location is usually pretty good, and I can give anyone a pass but felt like this deserved a review this time. I spent literally 25 minutes in the drive through; they discontinued the fish sandwich, so I thought I'd try the new brisket sandwich. It was mostly dry and hard meat. I must have gotten the end of the brisket. I probably won't be back for quite a while, prices are as high as ever and service and food quality is less than mediocre.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at the Arby’s on Sprague—specifically the drive-thru—was frustrating enough that I feel like people should know what to expect. The biggest issue here seems to be poor management. The whole operation felt completely disorganized. Even in the drive-thru, you can tell when there’s no leadership—things move slowly, orders get messed up, and there’s no sense of urgency from the staff. I ordered a large drink and a large fry, and somehow ended up with a small drink and small fries instead. That’s not a complicated order, and it’s disappointing that something so basic wasn’t handled correctly. It makes it seem like no one is paying attention or double-checking orders before handing them out. On top of that, the drive-thru was painfully slow. I sat there way longer than I should have for a simple order. It didn’t look like they were overwhelmed either—it just seemed inefficient and poorly managed. Overall, this location seriously needs better management and oversight. Faster service, more attention to detail, and making sure orders are correct should be the bare minimum. Until that improves, I’d recommend going somewhere else if you want a quick and accurate drive-thru experience.
