  I had a really good experience at Arby’s and wanted to leave a review because everything went better than expected. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. The employees were polite, patient, and seemed to genuinely care about making sure customers had a good experience. I never felt rushed while ordering, and my food was prepared quickly. The food itself was great. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasted exactly how I hoped it would. The roast beef sandwich was flavorful and satisfying, and the fries were hot and crispy. The portions were also reasonable for the price, and I appreciated that my order was accurate. It is always frustrating when something is missing or prepared incorrectly, but that was definitely not the case during my visit. The restaurant was also clean and organized. The tables and dining area looked well maintained, and the overall environment made it comfortable to sit down and enjoy my meal. The service was probably my favorite part of the experience because the employees were friendly without being overly pushy. Overall, I was very happy with my visit to Arby’s. The combination of good food, fast service, cleanliness, and friendly employees made the experience stand out. I would definitely come back again and would recommend this Arby’s to anyone looking for a quick, tasty meal and good customer service.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Dave, the drive-through cashier at Arby’s! He provided truly exceptional customer service and was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell Dave takes genuine pride in his work and cares about making every customer’s experience a great one. His professionalism, kindness, and outstanding work ethic were such a refreshing reminder of what excellent customer service should look like. Dave represents Arby’s wonderfully and deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond. Employees like him make a lasting impression and are the reason customers want to return. Thank you, Dave, for making our visit so enjoyable you are truly appreciated!

  I went in an asked for an ice water mind u it's scortching hot out on the verge of dehydration and they want to charge a $1 for water I'm sorry but when it's this outside water shud be free one of these times someones goin to end up in the hospital from dehydration cause they didn't have a doller for something that's free I'll b writing bad reviews for every restraunt that wants to charge for water when it's this hot out

  If you live in Spokane, you know the kind of neighborhood this place is in. Not good. But I was flabbergasted when I stepped in and found a spotless, classy interior, and an attentive and responsive staff. I respect the heck out of a place that can create such an inviting atmosphere when I'm sure the neighborhood does not make it easy. As of writing this review, I haven't even gotten my food yet, and I half dont even care if its good or not. As a food service worker I know the dedication it takes to create an environment like this. It shows superlative dedication to quality service. Give this manager and the staff a raise - they deserve it!!

  Honestly I go in every time and get the same thing everytime the chicken cordon blu combo/meal is amazing ...I love the crispy chicken and the juicyness never a dry or over cook peace of chicken/patties...looks amazing when u bit in like all white ...no dark spots over grisaley areas the ham will if u kno u kno lol and they top it wish swish cheese I top mines off with a little liquid cheddar and some onions...the flavor is to die for...the staff has never been rude or messed up always helpful....matter fact as many times as I have gone ive never even had an order messed up from them love and I always order ahead of time and if im early they always still have it ready no wait at all❤️ u gotta try it!!! Division and Francis and the one down town always on point 👉 grab some!!
