Torrey was awesome! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the gluten free items. One of the better experiences we have had in a long time at Twigs. Thank you!

Usually love the service and food here. However, sat for an hour and 15 min for fries, Gorgonzola and bruschetta bread. Slowest service and cold food. Very disappointed tonight.

Use to be my favorite place. Disappointed in service, price and food. Won't be turning. Not going to mention waitress name because she's very nice but she came to our table only twice. Once to take our order then once to bring the tab. I absolutely hate it when they bring the machine to your table and wait for you to complete transaction... charming you in the process so I always bring cash. I gave her the cash as soon as she brought the ticket. She asked if I wanted the change. This question will always drop the tip. If I said no she would have received a 46% tip. She brought the money back and said she didn't include the change (82 cents) because most people don't want it. That worked her tip down to 15% from 25% that I normally give. The food.... I got my favorite fish tacos. Did not taste the same. Fish had absolutely no flavor and served cold. Daughter got the ribeye. Definitely not worth 50 bucks! She ordered it medium well but it was well done with half being all fat she couldn't eat. Love fat on a Ribeye but not that fatty! She ate what she could because we waited so long for our food and nobody ever came back to check on us. We think they forgot about us because we were the only ones on the patio. Her ribeye was also cold. Our waitress did thank us for being patient with her right before she asked if I wanted my change. Sadly, we won't be returning.

We were really disappointed with our meal. I had to send my calamari back because it was almost all breading with very little calamari. My husband's halibut tasted like cod and the ahi tuna was mushy and lacked flavor. We were expecting a much better experience.

I love the restaurant. However, I ordered a ribeye, a $46 steak, medium rare. Everything was great, until I took a bite. I chewed, and chewed, and chewed... The flavor was good, but every bite was the same. The entire steak was chewy and fatty. My meal became a chore. I forced down 2 bites but the rest I left on my plate in chewed clumps and the majority of the center I never got to. I hate to complain in a restaurant, but I decided they needed to know and told my server about it, very politely. They said they would take $20 dollars off. My response was, "so now I'm paying $26 for a steak I couldn't eat? She replied, "well you ate some of it..." All the other food was great and my friends enjoyed their meals. My thoughts are that I shouldn't have had to pay anything for that horrible piece of meat. They lost a customer. I mean, I may go back if Im not in the mood for a good steak, but if I am craving a good cut of beef, I'll choose somewhere else. Also, it's hard to enjoy that time with your friends when you can't even eat your 46 dollar steak!
