  We were In Twigs October 3rd. We rolled it at 9pm. We sat in the bar and Scott greeted us with the most spectacular smile and upbeat attitude. Scott informed us of the happy hour specials. We are gluten free and usually get an eye roll from places but Scott was happy to inform us of an amazing gluten free menu. We ordered the Moroccan steak bites with bread and the most amazing Gorgonzola cheese we have ever had. The balsamic was a game changer. Scott chatted with us and was the most refreshing server I have had all year.also the music was so totally on point. One more time I am going to mention how spectacular Scott was. He mad out night.

  We had the BEST experience with Sydney! She was absolutely amazing so friendly, attentive, and made our entire experience that much better. Truly one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had! She went above and beyond and made us feel so well taken care of. We will definitely be asking for Sydney every time we come to Twigs from now on. She’s the best!! 10/10! ⭐️

  Had the privilege to come to this twigs a few times and each time I left extremely happy. Had the best experience with server Victoria. Very polite, friendly, and helpful with food choices. Definitely coming back and would recommend if you look for a good vibe and amazing service.

  The food was very good, but my experience ordering it was frustrating. I sat at the bar for a drink while waiting for my halibut and what I understood to be a $7 side salad to go. When I received my bill, I was shocked to see that I had been charged $16 for the salad. I mentioned the discrepancy to the bartender who handed me my tab, but she simply told me the salad was $16 without offering to check what I had ordered. I paid the bill, still confused, and then looked at the menu again on my way out. Sure enough, it clearly listed the $7 side salad I believed I had requested. Whether this was an ordering mistake or a billing error, it should have been investigated when I questioned it, especially with such a significant price difference. The food itself was good, but being charged $16 for a side salad and then dismissed when I raised the issue left a very poor final impression.

  Terrible experience today at Twigs. Ordered an appetizer that never made it to the table.the entrees we ordered were the Penne Pasta with prawns. There was absolutely no sauce in my entree and my wife’s was swimming in it. The only customer service was, “is you food good “? No offer or another round of drinks. The bartender brought our entrees to the table and still no sign of our appetizer. We told them to just forget it at that point the response from the bartender was, I’ll just put your entrees under the warmer and go find your appetizer. We both said no, leave the hot food here and forget he appetizer. They did take the appetizer off of the final bill , but no apology no comp for them being incompetent. The bill was for $82.00 and we left a $5 tip just because my beer was at at least cold when it got to the table. We used to all the time, but it has become so disappointing we will not be back! Don’t waste your money or time at Twigs, go elsewhere! Worst experience ever at Twigs.
