  This is hands down the worst toco bell I’ve ever been to. I go to order and he asks if I want extra everything to my borrito. After I say no to everything he adds extra beef and sour cream anyway which I have to ask him to take it off. Then when I get to the window he doesn’t say anything to me or look at me and basically just throws my food at me. It’s like the tacobell is ran by a sketchy life insurance company that signs you up for things you didn’t agree to. Go to any other tacobell this one is the only one that does this

  Lady working the drive thru tonight was completely unprofessional. I made an order, paid for some extras in my burrito (added beef, pico and wanted it grilled but I didn't receive what I paid for (beef, pico OR it being grilled) So I had to take more time to get it corrected. The correction still didn't have what I asked for, she scattered some tomato in the burrito and called it pico. When I showed her the inside of the burrito she insisted it was what I asked for and said "get out of my drive thru" when I requested a side of the actual pico I paid for. Couldn't be more disappointed in an experience. Plus no one was waiting to be helped aside from me so it's not like they were in a rush. Now I see why it wasn't busy.

  I ordered grande, there was almost no meat in the crunch wrap supreme I ordered. It should have been doubled. When I called to get a refund I was told to drive back in to get the refund personally. Great customer service. Taco bell isn't the bastion of food excellence by any means. I assumed they could atleast take a moment to correct a customers bad experience after making the order wrong. I guess not. This location has 3.7 stars on Google reviews at the time of my experience. I guess I should have checked the reviews first. My mistake. I tipped the cashier, too. I mean who even tips at Taco Bell? I was trying to be nice. After a phone call looking for reasonable customer service, you made things more difficult. I've learned my lesson, Taco Bell doesn't care about cultivating an environment with reasonable customer service.
