We're truck drivers who just stopped in for a late lunch. The food was great. But what stood out was our server Jeana, (i probably spelled that wrong). She was an absolute delight. I hope this gets back to her because she deserves some recognition for being such a wonderful person and she gave us the best customer service. ❤️

Extremely mediocre overall.
The setting and decor is boring and drab.
The music is ear-bleeding.
The food was just not good and tasted generic, dull, flavorless, bland, etc.
After we wait for an inappropriate amount of time for our food, the waitress comes to us and proceeds to tell us she FORGOT to put our order in. Wow. So we waited a LONG time to eat BAD food.
There's no Sizzler in Washington as far as I know, but man I'm missing Sizzler right about now. Outback is NOT it.
I'd avoid this place.

Had the best experience today. I took my 3 year old and mother out to commemorate my mom and late father's wedding anniversary. Staff was amazing food was awesome. Staff was patient with my 3 year old too. On top of it all one of the regulars secretly paid our bill!!!! What a nice thing to do give just to give. What a great memory we are going to have!!! Waitresses we're so kind when they were speaking about the regular. One of my favorite spots for sure.

We went out for dinner tonight with our kids. We could hear our server complaining to other tables about how long he had been there. We ordered drinks and I asked if we could have a moment to look for an appetizer. He eventually brought drinks back but only gave us 3 straws for 4 people, I waited patiently for him to come back so I could ask for one, figuring he'd be back pretty quick to ask about an appetizer. He came back about 10 minutes later and asked if we knew what we wanted to order so at this point decided against the appetizer and ordered, I then asked him for a straw and he said yes ill be right back with that and never came back. After awhile I eventually just asked someone else for a straw. A while later he brought us food (never offering a straw) also didnt ask if there was anything else we needed and just turned and split, not offering anyone sauce for their fries. My husband's ribs were extremely overcooked, I got the chicken and shrimp pasta, the chicken tasted burnt and the pasta was very bland. Both my kids ordered steak (I know it has to be well done) but that doesn't mean burnt. I waited and waited to ask for ranch for the boys but he didnt come back. I eventually went to one of the girls and said , "I know its not your job, but my servers not doing his. Can I please get a couple ranches?" She was very kind and brought us some ranch. We were almost done with our food once we were finally checked on, OH and never offered a refill on drinks.
I appreciate the girls that went out of their way to help us when our own server wasnt. I honestly dont think we will be back after this experience. We dont get to do stuff like this very often with our kids and when the food or service is trash it just ruins the entire experience and feels like a waste of money.

This was my worst restaurant experience. It was way too loud and the waitress did not appear to care to wait on us and she took forever to come take our orders, left my kids drink cups empty after they finished their drink. The food was horrible. I ordered a lobster tail and mashed potatoes. Couldn’t even finish it. My lobster tail tastes like chewing on a rubber ball and the mashed potatoes had no flavor, were still chunky with the skin left on. My step son’s burger and bun was so burnt, he couldn’t even bite into it because it was hard as a rock. My daughter who loves Mac and cheese only took two bites of it and wouldn’t finish it. My son’s chicken strips were so hard he couldn’t bite them. My husband said his steak tastes like copper and had no other flavor to it.
