  There's a gentleman in the back wearing a WSU sweater and a pair of black stone washing jeans that it look dirty and some baseball cap that does not going to McDonald's I watched him wipe his nose with his bare hands no gloves nothing and then turn around and grab the McMuffins and started putting them in the toaster that is gross wiped snot on his hands and then grab the food.and just watched a lady in the back wearing a green sweater my nose on her arm and as I'm watching this she's also eating the food back there but she's making the food and watch the lady up front sneeze all over the dam area where they back everything I would not recommend eating here very unprofessional very unclean very gross do you like unless you like eating somebody else's snot and having them sneeze on your food spreading germs and touch your food then go right ahead

  The manager her name was Jackie. Shes a sad excuse for a manager or let alone a worker. She was nothing but rude and disrespectful. She was rolling her eyes at me and giving the biggest attitude. She knows nothing about customer service. Each time I go in to this location she is always yelling and being extremely disrespectful to the employees at mcdonald’s and the customers. She prevents herself as very unapproachable. If i could give her 0 stars i would. All the employees there are always super nice and great. It is literally just Jackie

  worst loc of mcdonald’s. waited for 20 mins, no exaggeration. When you know you have wait times for food in your drive thru, pull those cars. that’s how it works. All the workers were snippy. i didn’t even get a receipt to do a survey. i couldn’t even do my whole order before she was telling me my total. i absolutely hate this location and they have gone so far down hill.

  I normally try to be understanding because I know fast food workers can get busy, but this experience at McDonald’s was honestly frustrating from start to finish. We spent around 20 minutes sitting in the drive-thru line just to place and receive a simple order. The line barely moved, and there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency at all. For a restaurant that’s supposed to be fast and convenient, this was anything but. After waiting that long, you would at least expect the order to be complete and handled correctly, but when we finally got our food and drinks, we realized they didn’t even give us straws. It may seem like a small thing, but after such a long wait it just added to the frustration. Nobody checked the order or seemed to care whether customers had everything they needed before sending them off. The whole experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. Long waits can happen sometimes, but basic customer service and attention to detail should still matter. If customers are expected to sit in line for nearly half an hour, the least the staff can do is make sure the order is complete and treat people like their time matters. Very disappointing visit overall.

  I work close by so unfortunately this is often an option for a ‘quick’ meal. Just about every time I come here there is something that reminds me not to come here anymore and for some reason I don’t listen to myself and give them another chance. The food is so-so if you happen to get what you ordered, the service is always terrible. I get tired of drive thru issues so I tried going inside, still terrible. IF you can get someone to acknowledge you and take your order, it’s not done correctly and you don’t get what you asked for. In the drive thru this morning, over an hour past opening time they still weren’t open- no sign or anything with an explanation. That has happened more times than I remember in recent months. It’s ALWAYS something with this location. I just can’t imagine how they stay in business with the way that business is operated here. Thankfully there are many other options just down the road.
