I ordered a little john tonight that was supposed to have cheese and ham in it and didn't have cheese also ordered a blt that had 3 pieces of bacon on it. Had half my sandwich more bread then meat or toppings. Then the guy who delivered counts the money in front of me like I was shorting him then questioned the amount. I always give you guys at least 25% tip tonight because the last 2 times before this order u guys missed items and I let it slide and was a little short on money so didn't give you the normal tip amount and now I'm glad. Not only did u mess my order up for now the 3rd time in a row but your driver literally questioned the amount I gave him as if the tip wasn't to his standards. You guys drive literally 2 mins to get to my place. And never should the tip be questioned I'm a very loyal customer and now don't think I'll be ordering from you guys again. I really hope that kid doesn't do that to every person who pays cash cause that was extremely disrespectful. Especially after screwing up my order 3 times in a row now.

Unfortunately it showed up on my phone as a spam call so I didn't answer. I called Jimmy John's and the guy that answered was extremely helpful and explained the frustrating and ongoing situation with Uber Eats. He suggested that I contact Uber Eats and request a refund which I did. I did not receive my order which is not the fault of the restaurant and would like to give a shout out to the excellent customer service I received when calling them. The gentleman who explained the problem was awesome and should be acknowledged. Thank you my friend!
