  Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and the delivery driver tried to call and inform me that part of my order unavailable. Unfortunately it showed up on my phone as a spam call so I didn't answer. I called Jimmy John's and the guy that answered was extremely helpful and explained the frustrating and ongoing situation with Uber Eats. He suggested that I contact Uber Eats and request a refund which I did. I did not receive my order which is not the fault of the restaurant and would like to give a shout out to the excellent customer service I received when calling them. The gentleman who explained the problem was awesome and should be acknowledged. Thank you my friend!

  This was actually disgusting. My sandwich had practically NOTHING in it. The bread was hard and stale, the lettuce was slimy, the turkey was basically mush, drowned in mayo. This is genuinely the worst sandwich I have ever had. Also it was so flat, it was practically a quesadilla. NEVER ordering from here again. STAY LOYAL TO SUBWAY!

  I put an order to be delivered at 10:30 am. By 11am I hadn’t received anything and by 11:15 I called for the second time asking where it was. They told me they were busy. I told them I waited my whole lunch period for my food. I ended up asking for my money back. Poor service!!!! Didn’t even call to say they were runnng late.😟
