  Today was unfortunately my last day of supporting Dutch bros. The two lane thing they’ve decided to incorporate has become an issue for a while. I get the lines are long. But unfortunately people cut off others all the time using that two lane method. There are other coffee stands near Dutch that are not only cheaper but don’t give an option for sucky people to cut others off. Last week I was constantly stuck behind in line because people would pull up quick and zoom in to cut off while me and other cars waited patiently. We were sitting there for a good while and the employees never said a thing to the cars that kept quickly pulling in and forcing themselves in front of cars. My suggestion is to set a cone in that lane. And no longer offer that lane unless it’s for people that ordered ahead on the app.

  Super sweet people! I was from out of town, visiting and I asked if they had any more stickers since my town haven't received their shipment yet. And the brosita gave me 2! <3 🩷🩷🩷

  Absolutely love this coffee shop! The staff is always super friendly and energetic, making my mornings so much brighter. Their drinks are delicious and the vibe is just fun—definitely my go-to spot!

  The Barista's here at the Sullivan store are the Greatest! Very friendly, great humor. They really know their job. And always willing to help you order. And a Very Big Shout Out to Heather!! You always make my day. Chris & Lisa

  Terrible interaction with this team. While waiting in line, the person taking orders outside let another car pull up and cut in front of multiple cars (mine included). Since I was waiting for a few minutes, I was slightly annoyed, but chose to not say anything to the person when it came my turn to order. The employee spent plenty of time with the car that had just cut me off, almost as if they knew each other, by contrast, she was short with me - not their typical service. I didn't quite care as I too was annoyed. While waiting for my daughters drink (who was in the front passenger seat), they proceeded to bring out multiple drinks for cars behind me and let them go through..giving me a side eye as they did it. Once I finally made it to the window, the other employee handed me the drink, I thanked her and moved on. By coincidence, I happen to be turning the same direction (on to Mission then North on Sullivan) as the car that cut me off. While waiting at the light, both the order taker and the drink maker employees came outside and were shouting to the vehicle in front. Mind you there were several cars still in the drive thru waiting for service. Since my window was still down, I heard them yell "Be careful, he's following you!" How dare they put that out there - and doing in front of multiple other people - that kind of reckless accusation borders on defamation. At no point did I say or do anything to anyone of the employees or the driver of the other vehicle. This incident reiterates how simple interactions can be blown wildly out of proportion. Dutch is lucky I'm not a litigious person, otherwise I would have grounds for slander suit.
