    I really love everyone here they are the best. There is not one person here that does a bad job. They treat everyone with the most friendliest and professional service anywhere. They are the greatest people. Kyslen and Gabby are the greatest people I know. I wish I could remember everyones name but it is hard. Everyone is great and I am always happy to see any and all of them.

    Been going to Dutch Bros for years, was not happy to walk over to find out there is no longer a walk up window. Perhaps get rid of the picnic table?

    This morning I placed a an order to be picked up at the walkup window as I was on my way to work, and I did not want to wait in a line. When I arrived I parked in the parking spot labeled for drink pickup and tried to find the walkup window which I learned is nonexistent. The car at the window got the employees attention and explained to the employee that I was there to pickup my drink. The employee responded by telling me that there I would have to get in 10 car line as they could not give me my drink which was already prepared. As a frequent customer of dutch bros, I was sorely disappointed with this encounter. If the app gives an option of picking up a pre-ordered beverage, then it is very frustrating to be rudely informed that I must wait in line, especially since that is what I was trying to avoid.

    Horrible customer service at night . I literally show up at 9:30 on 7/13th with 2 other cars in line behind me and the young dark haired server had a friend at the window laughing and gossiping . One car left then the other behind me left and 28 mins later I pull out and look at her and she laughs at me ..What are they getting paid for ??? Social hour while three cars leave . I usually go there but I will just go to the one on Division they are efficient and give great customer service . I can't believe I actually waited that long ever.

    I go to this location everyday! Keslyn is the vision of customer service! She’s polite, genuinely cares and always asks how I’m doing. Every employee there is honestly wonderful ❤️ I’ll never go to another location!
