    The wait is always super long here if there is more than 2 cars. Any other coffee stand moves much quicker. But the drinks are always good and it's in a convenient location

    Love this place and glad they've added some breakfast items, however, nothing that's not pork products. Please, please, add a chicken or turkey sausage/bacon option! Even a non meat option would be great!

    It’s almost always something with this location. Very hit or miss. I enjoy the larger drive through that allows you to exit and pass others if your order is brought to your car in the drive thru line, and there are a handful of genuinely nice broistas, but that’s about it. I can understand that sometimes business is slow and then speeds back up, but my order-aheads are almost always melted (blended freeze) or cold (baked goods). Today was no exception, and my worst experience yet to say the least. I made an order ahead for 1:44 PM today for a blended freeze and a slice of banana bread (meant to get a coffee cake, but that mistake was on my behalf). Got there a little later befause of traffic and the lack of easy entry into the parking lot from Barker. There were 2 cars in front of me, and after about 5 mins, no one moved nor came out to serve me; no biggie, I assumed that there was only 1 person working so I gave them some grace. Soon after, the car in the very front pulled off with their order, and the person in front of me began to order at the window. After another 5ish mins, they received their first drink, but then the waiting resumed. Yet another 5 mins or so passed, and I got PO’d. So, I pulled around and into the order-ahead parking spot to walk up to the window. That’s when I discovered there were 3 people back there, 1 cleaning, 1 at the drive thru window, and another just wandering around until she realized I was there after about 7 mins of me waiting out there in the heat. She went over and got my order from near the drive thru area and came back with a curdled caramelizer that looked like it had soft top (that I didn’t order) from how melted it was. The banana bread was also cold. Needless to say, I’ll be trying to go to any other Dutch Bros location from now on. Which sucks because this one is very close to my house, and the next is like 10+ mins away.

    We always love ordering ahead so we can customize our drinks and everytime they make them just right! With it being right off highway its amazing to do a quick stop, only downside is that there is a median and a roundabout so to get back to the highway you have to turn around on Barker! But the team they have here is a great one and always well worth the stop!
