I had my pizza remade after a mistake on their end, they corrected the sauce that was suppose to be used (Alfredo sauce not garlic parmassan because it tasted like artichoke juice) and on their remake they added PINEAPPLE!!!! I called to speak with the manager and Holly had no sense of kindness, decency, respect, or empathy. She said she was the manager and has the same authority as thr GM Sandy, guaranteeing that there is no reason to talk to her because she has tye same authority as her boss, what a disrespectful employee. Offered to being in the Pizza that was made incorrectly understanding there are scammers out there. I just wanted the pizza to be made as I ordered it and was willing to bring in the mistake pizza so they can see for themselves, dispose of it and make it correctly. Holly shut me down interrupting me and telling me No repeatedly. If they record their calls I really recommend the owner review the call and see for themselves how absolutely disrespectful they are. As a neighbor to thos branch for 36 years I can't believe the audacity of this young childish employee overstepping her role, acting like she owns the place, and not allowing me to even speak. I will be telling all of my friends and family about this experience and I hope this can be resolved so that I can remove this review and continue to be a customer.
