  The Dairy Queen on Pines in Spokane Valley is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. When we walked in there was only one customer in the lobby eating, there were three employees standing at the counter, one was sweeping behind the counter, one was filling hot fudge and another was doing something with a credit card machine. For 5 minutes none of them even acknowledged us and then they finally called a fourth person up to take our order. After about 15 minutes we still had not gotten our food so walked up to the counter and could see the food sitting up there waiting to be handed to us. It took another 5 minutes before any of them came out from the back to get it to us and then they argued that it had just come up. Then when we finished our food and went back to get our Sundays they gave us two that had already been prepared and put in the fridge. They were mostly melted. All of this in one of the dirtiest dining rooms I've seen in a restaurant. Every table was dirty, there were puddles under two tables. We sat in there for an hour talking and not one customer came into the lobby and neither did any employee to do any type of cleaning. When we left employees were standing on both sides of the counter talking and laughing not doing a single bit of work. Now we know why nobody came in during that entire hour. I wouldn't eat at that location again if it were free.

  Thank you dairy queen for making my 35 week pregnant wife cry because you guys can't do your job. How hard is it to make sure all the food is in the bag when you hand out and order?

  This place is really tackie I find myself as a food critic.when I showed to this place after two years they still haven't fix their drive threw window.im sitting telling my wife I wonder if they forgot to make my meal 10 minutes later.im sorry we forgot make you hamburger and fries.idk how but the food was made faster then taking the order.i see why the pattie was hard you can tell they microwaved they patty.i would not eat here ever again unless I want to over pay for ice cream

  I had the worst service tonight! We only go out to eat every other Tuesday with our kids, because that's all we can afford in this climate and they offer $3 kids meals (which we usually enjoy). However, the gal at the drive thru window (heavy set, but pretty) was so extremely rude!!! She seemed completely annoyed when I corrected her on the price of our meal, and threw the window closed on me when I was talking to her. I had never seen her working before and assumed she was new, but hope that the manager can have a talk with her on her poor attitude. Remember... everyone is replaceable. Do better.
