I waited in the line and when it was my turn, the employee Diego told me it was the digital drive thru for online orders or people who order in store. I said oh, okay, I didn't realize. Diego said I could stay there and order through the app but I didn't have the app. Then he glanced in my backseat and noticed my sleeping baby. He immediately said they could make an exception and took my order right away. It was so kind and really made me feel seen because I had been driving around for a while to get my baby to sleep and I was super hungry for some nutritious food. Diego made a call that shows his outstanding customer service skills and I so appreciate it. This flexibility and kindness is becoming more rare and with so many options for food, it's what makes a place stand out. Thank you!
