Our pickup order was not ready at the time requested, 10 minutes past it was finally done. While the dining room was empty.

They filled the mandarin juice with water and left it. Ive seen people eating in the kitchen. Ive had to wait on steak all but 1 time ive gone. Id understand if they were understaffed and had people lining up but theyre always overstaffed and ive never seen more than 3 people in line.
