  Every time we’ve ordered from here there is always an issue, either it’s the food or the customer service where the staff have bad attitudes. The harassment to add on for additional charges is beyond annoying too. Tonight is the last time we’ll be going here. I ordered a CHICKEN quesadilla, he asked me if I wanted to add sour cream, which I already declined on the other two meals, I said no, a plain quesadilla. Well I get home and it’s literally a cheese quesadilla! Not to mention 1/3 of the quesadilla was just that, only quesadilla!!! I have no clue if I was charged for a chicken quesadilla because he never gave me receipt. I’m beyond pissed and annoyed with this place. I will drive further for a better experience from here on out.

  This place was good a year ago but they changed. They constantly try to upcharge you by asking you multiple questions to try to trick you to pay more. I ordered my meal and they told me "is sour cream okay" and I assumed that it came with it, so I said yes. Turns out... they charged me 60 cents extra for this. They also charged me $2 more on top of that because of their upselling. When they gave me the wrong ingredients for my order... they didn't even have good customer service skills with trying to fix these issues. I, as someone who has worked food service for years, am utterly disappointed and will not be coming back.

  Great experience at this taco bell. Portions were good (some Taco Bells can be skimpy) and the good tasted great.

  Pretty good cheap fast and hot I loved the box combos they were cheap
