  every item you get asked if you want to buy extras.... the only care about their drive-thru times (get em out quick) foods cold because they pre-make it to rush you through, and 95% of the time your order is missing items... worse franchise EVER

  We ordered and paid extra for a steak quesadilla, there was no steak!! We requested jalapeños on 5 layer burritos, there were no jalapenos and the strawberry refresher was disgusting. The person at the window did not comprehend what we were asking about concerning drink flavors,. I would like my $35 refunded!!

  Do you not understand what NO SOUR CREAM means? Two weeks ago I went through the drive through and said no to sour cream…..got extra sour cream. Tonight I went inside click NO SOUR CREAM and got sour cream. I will just start going to Taco Time from now on. And if I wanted sour cream, they did a pretty poor job of putting it on just half of the taco

  $1.30 to switch out Cinnamon twist for chips and cheese? Which used to be free, what a literal joke. ALSO they ask questions in deceptive ways to get you to pay for extras. Order a box, they won’t ask “would you like to add chicken?” They say “chicken ok?” Like yeah chicken is ok, the chicken it comes with, I don’t want to add for additional. It’s all designed to maximally nickel and dime you.
