    Requested well done fries. Confirmed on the screen and receipt. Still got soggy undercooked fries. Why can’t every Mc Donald’s cook the fries completely. What’s up with soggy uncooked French fries at every location. The staff was friendly though.

    I have been to this mcdonald’s on two seperate occasions and for one reason or another food takes 20 min plus. i don’t order much and it tastes just as one would expect from mcdonalds so it makes me wonder. It doesn’t help that staffs attitude also make it harder to come back.

    The ladies at the counter really need to make sure the lids are on because I went there this morning and I got two drinks and one spilled on me right after I got it and the other one spilled all over me when I was trying to drink it because the lids were not on. It is not that hard to make sure lids are on cups that people are drinking to make sure that they don’t spill on them. And now I have to go to work with soaked pants

    So if you're going to work in fastfood or hospitality and you're going to talk crap about your customers INFRONT OF THEIR FACES do not work at all. As someone who worked at a mcdonalds DONT TELL ME OR THE PERSON GRABBING MY ORDER that it's not there and we ordered at the wrong place yet my app says this location. You argued with my mother in law that she and I are wrong about having an order when it was on the counter the whole time you guys just didn't keep track of it. I feel bad for you all to be so low to be little customers and then talk bad about them while they are infront of you. Being on the phone with MY MIL to then find out someone is trying to humiliate her is absolutely VILE because she was very respectful the whole conversation. Do better cause I know a facility two times smaller than this location that is WAY BETTER and they actually care about their customers because these people obviously don't!

    Despite going here for years, this location is just consistently beat out by nearby locations. The staff is consistently friendly and quick, and I've had less order mistakes here than most other McDonalds. However, its obvious even from an outsider that the management and franchise owners are awful. Anytime I'm here there is a skeleton crew being forced to work triple the expected output, and it shows in the wait times and recently having more issues with orders. Perhaps a bit petty from me, but I tried to get a refund for a missing item and I explained my displeasure with management in leaving what seemed to be a 2-3 person crew during busy hours on a Saturday leaving me with a mistake in my order and over 1 hr in the drive thru, and in doing so Support told me it was up to the location, and seems like they were offended and refused to contact me at all. This seems unprofessional, and further indicative of a failing management. All in all, I would say just go to the Frederickson location.
